Longtime Clinton crony, Sidney Blumenthal, employed by the Clinton Foundation, does not have security clearance that would empower him to handle information related to US ntl security.
Yet, Sidney Blumenthal had four emails on the Clinton server that were considered classified.....the emails contain Top Secret government information that cannot be released b/c it would imperil US Ntl Security.
OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE It also seems that the sensitive and damaging emails containing this secret classified information were not in the email disclosures that Blumenthal supplied under subpoena, nor were they supplied by Hillary herself.....but were instead found on wiped data recovered from the Clinton email server by the FBI and NSA forensic data recovery specialists.

BACKSTORY SoS Hillary personally sent at least 17 emails that contained privileged information to longtime Clinton crony, Sidney Blumenthal, who Obama banned from working in government.
Sid represented contractors w/ business interests in Libya...conditioned on the overthrow of Khadaffi. At the same time, Blumenthal was employed by the Clinton Foundation....hired to preserve Clinton's presidential legacy.
One memo from Blumenthal to SoS Clinton entitled....My role, Germany, Iran, etc....revealed to Clinton that he had talked to Doug Band, a top aide to former President Bill Clinton and, at the time, also an adviser at the Clinton Foundation... Band also hired Hillary aide Huma Abedin. Blumental told Hillary that it would be helpful if you and I speak soon to define parameters of what projects I should pursue ..... [snip]

DOCUMENTED CONSPIRACY AND COLLUSION In 2009, the Clintons duped the public, the Clinton Foundation's Board of Directors, and its wealthy donors by announcing Sidney Blumenthal, a long-time adviser to both Clintons, had been hired...... (wait for it) to work at the Clinton Foundation on a project to promote Bill Clintons presidential legacy.

But Sid's secret emails show that, while on the Clinton Foundation payroll, ostensibly promoting Bill's presidential legacy, Blumenthal was privy to valuable inside classified info...that was useful to the greedy Clinton Foundation, its donors, and to Sids sideline: co-opting his State Dept connection to cash-in as a consultant to businesses looking to profit in Libya.
Hillary is likely doing three things right now:
1. Trying to figure a way to get an underling ‘fingered’ for all of this wrongdoing who will not give her up. I think this will not work.
2. Working Obama to ensure he pardons her prior to leaving office.
3. Digging up the list of countries that do not have extradition treaties with US so she can escape with he loot when convenient.
She is not spending all that much time right now on actually running for President.
It’s also possible she can pardon herself after assuming office in 2017. Opinions are mixed on this, but it’s in the category of “natural born citizen” lacking definitive SCOTUS rulings.
I think that is bordering on being a king that can pardon oneself. Don’t believe America has stooped that far into the abyss.
I’m not a lawyer, but I spent time looking at the possibilities. It’s a very muddled part of the law. The kind the Clintons thrive in.
Now she would still be subject to impeachment and conviction, but what are the odds the Republican would do that?
Probably. Do you have some larger point to make, or are you going to just going to stick with the impotent innuendo?
What did he get from the Clintons in exchange for his $100,000 payout? Isn’t thar a legitimate question? Or did he give it to them because he liked what they were ding?
Trump was favored in Iowa either way. Cruz peaked at the wrong time.
With that said, I am truly agnostic if it’s Trump or Cruz as the nominee. I have a slight preference toward Trump because he knows how to talk tough and deliver.
While there is no prid pro quo with political donations, we all know how this game is played. If influence peddling was illegal, every single politician and lobbyist in DC and beyond would be in jail.
It is, and they should. But proving it is nearly impossible, so they do it.
While it is part of the game, it stains everyone who participates.
