Issa: FBI wants Hillary, Huma prosecuted in 'slam dunk' case

California Rep. Darrell Issa says the FBI has a "slam dunk" case against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and senior aide Huma Abedin that it's itching to prosecute.

The former House Oversight chairman's statement on Friday comes just days after former Republican House Majority Leader Tom DeLay said his contacts in the agency will "blow the whistle and go public" if Attorney General Loretta Lynch does not prosecute.

Never happen. Hillary’s campaign will offer every low information voter a state guaranteed income for life such as the idea being pushed around by the socialist states of Europe. Trump won’t know what hit him when the dust clears and the duplicate votes are counted. She might even offer a free toaster, love robot, or art lessons for the first million voters who sign up. /s

If Issa is proclaiming this then the chances of indictment must be nil. Why would he feel compelled to give the Dims another chance to claim this is a political attack? Couldn’t keep his mouth shut.

I’ll believe “slam dunk” when “slam dunk” happens.

Some people are deceased by the agency, while others can do no wrong.

Maybe we’ll see her picture at the post office.

On stamps?

First ---- to be President?

Because that is what will happen if every member of this forum fails to vote Republican next November!

The name Issa and “slam dunk” are terms of separate dimensions.

I don’t think Trump or Cruze will ignore this....in fact I think that we may have to get a ruling from the supreme court because Obama pardons her before he leaves office and has been charged for the crime and a republican president then has her arrested and charged. Hillary tries to claim she cant be charged for the crime.

Is that the same Clinton Foundation that Donald Trump donated $100,000 to?

Give that tired tripe a rest. We all know how the system works. Developers like Donald Trump that want to develop pay off sleazy politicians like the Clintons all the time. It's part of why our system is broken.

Don't hate the playa. Hate the game.

If that was what Donald Trump was doing, then he was committing a felony. Bribery and extortion are both felonies.

Maybe he gave to the Clintons because he agreed with their politics. Did that ever cross your mind?

But instead you decide that bribing public officials is OK as long as it is Donald Trump that is doing it.

Interesting dilema to be sure.

If she was pardoned, you could expect her to get the “Ford” vote.

Trump would rip her to shreds.

If Hillary Clinton is placed under house arrest will she have to wear a cankle bracelet?

They do not make them that big.

It’s not a bribe. It’s how the system works. Money gets you influence.

bribe
Persuade (someone) to act in one’s favor, typically illegally or dishonestly, by a gift of money or other inducement.

Buying influence is a crime. Nobody ever gets convicted because politicians have passed laws that prohibit people from clandestinely recording conversations. But if you are giving money to politicians in order to gain some kind of favorable treatment at taxpayers expense, then you and the politician are both committing a crime.

Greasing the skids is corruption. If Trump was greasing the skids with all these donations to the Clintons, then he is corrupt. OTOH, if he was donating to the Clintons because he liked what they were doing, then that would be acceptable behavior.

Cruz just threw the election tonight. His campaign is off the rails. Trump is going to win hands down. Celebrate, but don’t try to make excuses for his donations to the Clintons. Just accept them for what they are.

Not if there is quid pro quid. Difficult to prove for sure and yes it happens and people get away with it but none the less a crime to bribe a public official.
