FOX News debate anchors knew they would have a record audience tune in to their Republican debate because of Donald Trump.
So, in November, they purposely planned several zingers to get under his skin.
Then they all congratulated themselves for their debate antics. And they opened the floodgates of hell on the candidates for future debates by liberal anchors.
They are shameless.
The anchors didn't even ask a question on the Obama economy, the worst recovery since the Great Depression, until 73 minutes into the debate.
The FOX moderators won over Media Matters, who said, "The Fox News moderators appeared reasonable, effective, and pointed in their questions to the candidates." They must be very proud.
They didn't want to appear conservative - so they unloaded a barrage of personal attacks. The FOX debate hosts even prepared to have Trump escorted from stage.

We should ask what did they know and when did they know? How many of these candidates were IN on this?!

Thanks for this reminder. The appalling Bret Baier was going to lead Trump from the stage! I’ll never forget that. Sam Donaldson at his worst never treated Nixon or Reagan like that!

Actors, they are just TV actors playing news anchors, I repeat actors....
I had an image of Muslims crying and wailing that they were being pursued like Jews in Germany, that Trump wanted to evict them from America, to remove them from all the jobs in law, education, transportation, to enforce anti Sharia laws, to restrict new Mosque building, to make Americans stand up against them without repercussions.
I think whats NOT being said us Fox had Islamic traps much like a road side bomb.
Trump is smart, saw it, is going around it.
You know... if that’s true he should just accept Cruz’s offer of anytime, anyplace, one on one.... and quit being a baby duck.
No wonder the republican party has lost its edge ever since 1933 when they became democrats, and the democrats became socialists. A debate is needed not gotcha questions, zingers, personal attacks all from the so-called moderators who seem mostly democrat operatives. This election cycle is not only a disaster, but more and more looking like a lost cause for the America it used to be.

It’s a CONSPIRACY, I tell you, a CONSPIRACY. The massive number of conspirators all got together to MANIPULATE things so TRUMP (LET US PRAISE HIS MAGNIFICENT BEING) became frightened of a girl and fled!
The debate tomorrow should feature Bush vs. Fiorina with the remaining candidates doing the Trump charity telethon on CNN. Fox needs to suffer big time over their bias and propaganda.
This needs to be spread around to our contacts.
Trump has lots of horsepower, I just wish I could trust his direction.

If Cruz wants to prove to me that he is an American first and foremost. Not Canadian, nor Cuban. Then he will issue his statement on why he is also dropping out of the final debate shortly.

Without Trump there...why watch?
I don’t get it. Without him there....it’ll be a forty to fifty percent cut on audience viewing and Fox/the Republican National folks....will be left trying to explain or spin this in some fashion.
The race as far as I can see is over....Cruz will come a close second in Iowa but Trump has it won from this point on. Fox....over the last six months...probably lost a third of the regular viewers.
This is far from over. Fox’s actions will cost them for along time to come. Especially in my house.
