For Donald Trump, in some ways, Ted Cruz "looks like a jerk."
The heated personal rhetoric directed by Trump at Cruz cranked up another few degrees on Tuesday morning, with the Manhattan business mogul unloading on his Republican rival in back-to-back morning show interviews.

No, not a good personality to have. But, there will always be some percentage of the electorate (seemingly a significant percentage of the GOP electorate currently) who view Trump's playground bully antics as projecting non-PC strength, and thus respond well to it. The typical pattern seems to be:
Cruz: [reasoned critique of Trump's policies, past positions, past actions, etc.]
Trump: Cruz is a poopyhead!
Trump Supporters: Yeah! Go Trump! Tell it like it is! No more PC! Cruz is a poopyhead!
Everyone else: [::rolls eyes::]
While I don't agree that you should "burn the house down" if you don't get the nomination, your comment reminds me of how liberals tell us we aren't allowed to speak out against Obama because if we do we are dirty, white-sheeted KKK...and anti-American. I'm really tired of living in Obama's world....and am wondering if a Trump Presidency is just going to be more of the same when I see comments like this. Just my opinion and I realize it's worth just what you paid for it.

UGH. He attacks like a leftist. I wish he would just stick to his policy positions and try to assure skeptics that he won’t veer left as President.
This kind of thing is one of the reasons why I waver on him. I like some of the things he says, but he can act like a real bully sometimes. With his “poll numbers”, he doesn’t need to be running a negative primary campaign. Save all the vitriol for Hillary or Bernie.
Ted is hated by all the right people . . . Go Cruz!!!!

Trump DOES talk and act like an insecure Mean Girls Clique member from junior or senior high.
DT thinks, feels and acts in very base terms. He likely cultivated his relationship with Sarah in order to steal Ted’s woman, since he does regard women as trophies first and human somewhat later.
He assesses his daughter disgracefully, nobody thinks anything of it. Because nobody’s thinking.
Way to jump on an out of context quote for a title.

But I know you Cruz people are desperate. I hope Trumps crushes him now.
No Cruz was stupid for claiming trump’s mother could cause questions of eligibility for trump. Cruz is not nearly as bright as many are want to believe.
