Glenn Beck shreds Sarah Palin: 'Maybe the press was right about her'

Conservative talk radio host Glenn Beck showed his disappointment with former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin on Tuesday.

After Palin publicly threw her support behind Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump at an Ames, Iowa, campaign rally, Beck took to social media to express his disappointment:

-snip-

Beck also tweeted commentary stating that with the endorsement, Palin may not be as conservative as she purports to be.

I view Beck and Palin as equally insignificant.

Beck, does, however have the power of the microphone.

His show is in the top 5 of all radio.

THAT is not insignificant.

For the good things she has done, no.

For backing McCain, hell yes. Run with him to moderate the ticket, but NEVER endorse that sort of man.

It bothered me when she told the Tea Party his was one with them too. Ouch.

I thought she had overstayed her welcome. I don’t see this as that, but some folks who thought the endorsement of McCain was swell, now see this endorsement as delivered by a hound from hell.

Funny how things change.

Enjoy the good parts of her.

Me too. She just looked strange with her endorsement. She was manic and silly. I was really disappointed in her, and not just because of the endorsement. It was her whole demeanor that was off-putting. And that jacket! Were we supposed to listen to her words, or be dazzled by the rhinestones?

Glenn Beck is a jacka@@..the reason why he and Sarah had a falling out is because after the Gabby Giffords shooting, Sarah Palin sent Glenn a private email in confidence, it was supposed to be just between them, but Glenn Beck went ahead and read it for everyone to hear, that is when Sarah Palin was done with him..she said this recently on CBN that is what happened. This is the same Glenn Beck that months ago told Bill O’Reilly that he sides more with Bernie Sanders and Marco Rubio than anyone else..but now all of a sudden he’s on Ted Cruz’s side

Contrast that speech with her convention speech in 08. Not hardly the same person.

Glenn Beck, probably not really a “conservative” either, has this real loathing going on for The Donald. The Donald has been fortunate of late, to have chosen his enemies well, and the reflected anger/envy of Glenn Beck only shows up The Donald in much better lighting. Like The Donald, Glenn Beck is really much more of a libertarian than a conservative, but this appears to be an instance where The Donald might not be considered to be the “right kind” of libertarian.

I understand that Glenn Beck really had given up hard drinking, but at this point, he may be hanging in a very delicate balance, and he really should be calling his sponsor.

Frequently.

The positives I remember of Beck are his exposing Soros. His investigating the Saudi guy connection in the Boston bombers, which nobody else would touch.
Probably some more but I don’t listen to his programs.

Right you are. Or her speech that she gave to Wisconsin Right to Life a few years ago. Methinks she has jumped the shark.

Even back on FoxNews Glenn was a bit of stretch for me.

On the right topic, ok. Problem was, that topic (any right onw that is) didn’t come up much...

Don’t suppose it was that her son was arrested the night before, it was the first speech she had given to that size crowd in a good while, and the possibility that Todd’s grandmother was ill, she died yesterday.

Contrast that speech with her convention speech in 08. Not hardly the same person.

The speech in Ames was as bad as everyone said it was. The one in Tulsa the next day was the "old" Sarah, full of pep, humorous, on point. She looked terrific and was enthusiastic. I suspect on Tuesday morning she had been up all night on the phone to Alaska to authorities and her attorney regarding her son's arrest. Because of the three-hour time difference between Alaska and Iowa, it may well have been after midnight in Iowa when she found out about his situation.

That picture... that banner... is it for real, or did a FReeper simply make it? Cuz, it’s awful. Ted Cruz really looks like Grandpa Munster, and the whole look of it is like a parody.

If it’s meant to be anti-Cruz, I love it!

I don’t mean to be OCD. But why does that man have such muddy shoes, and why is there no mud on the seat of the chair?
