Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker will appear with Florida Gov. Jeb Bush at an event near Milwaukee touting school choice.

The event Monday comes the day before Bush participates in the next Republican presidential debate in Milwaukee.

It will mark the first time Walker has appeared publicly with a Republican presidential candidate since he dropped out of the race on Sept. 21.

Hispanics for School Choice announced the joint appearance Friday.

I understand Jeb’s Hispanico connection. Why would Walker do this? Because he believes in school choice he’s willing to align himself with an avowed Mexican and Hispanic victim group to do it? How does our erstwhile former Walker fanatic weigh in on this?

Being on the same planet as Jeb is the kiss of death to anyone’s political career.

Who the hell is advising Walker to do this kind of crap with this type of Amnesty Pimp and Open Borders True Believer? Walker is shooting himself in the foot (and probably in the nuts and in one of his kidneys also) as far as his political future at the national level IMHO——he’s being sabotaged!

Why would Walker do this?

Walker started out portrayed as a young pol with great promise for constitutional conservatives, his blind spot being too chummy with the Chamber of Commerce. He got terrible advisors for his presidential run, or so I thought. Now he's appearing with Jeb?

Walker could've stepped back from his terrible campaign. No more. He's part of the problem if he's arrogant enough, dumb enough, and or establishment enough to appear with Jeb.

JMHO

What this tells me is that I was right in my “feeling” that something was just off about him. I’ve said it here before, and it probably made no sense, but I remarked about he sometimes got that little smirk on his face that reminded me about all those times I saw Eddie Haskell on “Leave it to Beaver” [With Hugh Beaumont and Barbara Billingsley, AND Jerry Mathers as the Beaver!]

Wisconsin under Walker has made great strides in improving and enhancing school choice including charter schools. While the optics are really bad with this, this is one of the areas he works on. He is much, much more than an anti-labor guy, to the surprise of anyone who looks beyond the stereotype.

I wonder how much money Jebby paid Walker to side with him on a public education issue? Jebby is Common Core to the core so as long as your kids are being dumbed down by CC in the public schools system, Jebby cares not where your kids go to school.

Well since he is out of the race, he is free to do as he wants. Maybe Bush is the only one who reached out. Walker does pretty good with school choice so I don’t blame Bush for asking. Cruz probably should have asked since he doesn’t have any experience with schools.

Hispanics For School Choice organization is a grassroots organization advocating for the expansion of school choice in Winsconsin.

Where did you pull the notion it was an avowed victim group ?

Well, he isn’t technically out of the race. He’s suspended his campaign which still allows him to still raise funds to secure debts, etc. from the campaign. To me, even if I were disposed to help him out with the debt, it’d be a big “Hell NO!” now that he’s decided to appear with the Mexican.

It is “avowed” by calling itself “Hispanics for.....” in my book. What is the matter with just plain old “Parents for......?”

Bush is a Mexican? Wow. Who knew. That may help him in 2036 when 1/2 the country is Mexican.
