Only a day after Donald Trump announced that he was boycotting Fox News— and after Fox News announced they had cancelled him first– the network has announced that they will enter talks with Trump to discuss his concerns.
Below is the full statement, provided to Mediaite by a Fox News spokesperson:
Fox News Chairman & CEO Roger Ailes and Donald Trump spoke this morning and plan to have a meeting next week to discuss their differences of opinion regarding Fox’s coverage of Mr. Trump’s presidential campaign. Ailes will be joined by senior Fox editorial executives. Mr. Trump believes he has been treated unfairly in certain instances. FOX News has held every candidate in this race to the highest journalistic standards throughout our coverage. We believe a candid meeting about our differences is required and that any misunderstandings can be handled without compromising those standards.

Murdoch is a globalist, pro-illegal and legal immigration fanatic. He had 2 chances, and he blew it big time. Let Fox lose 10’s of millions. They asked for....no BEGGED for it.
The Prime Directive was issued by Murdoch months ago. They will NEVER relent. Murdoch signs the checks.
Trump's negative polling #'s are in the 60% range. He's got lots of people to win over if he wants to become POTUS and demeaning Carly Fiorina about her looks was over the line - even for his supporters who wish he'd put a sock in it once in a while and stick with issues.

These professional politicians and "journalists" act like they are the British aristocracy dealing with someone in trades. Otherwise known as working for a living.
How well is that plan working for the rest of the candidates? This news story clearly shows that Trump gets what he wants.
Oh, I didn’t say the old man is dead yet. But it’s his own flesh and blood progressive sons giving the main instructions and going too too too far; likely farther than ol’ Rupe wants FNC to go in this Trump matter. My hunch.

Trump has several good points. Immigration is one. Fighting back is one. Not taking GOP crap is one.
But if we forget that he also has far from conservative positions like his healthcare nonsense, we are exactly no different than Obamazombies standing at the styrofoam greek pillars experiencing religious epiphany.
We have to remember he isn’t Reagan. He does not have super powers and if and likely when he wins, it is not going to be what all this adoration for him projects. Thats ‘us’ telling ourselves things he is that he flatly told us he isn’t.
Sure he’s better than anyone but Cruz running. Look at who is running. Leftists. Hard Leftists. Of course he looks great. Of course his positions are mostly better.
Some are actually worse. And we are utter fools if we do not remember that.
Well, he’ll be signing fewer of them if he keeps this up.

I saw that as I happened to be cruising through the channels at that point. Trump called in to Joe and all those at the table had an opportunity to ask questions. I have no doubt that the Fox and Friends hosts were well aware of the exact moment too since they used to regularly do a 10 minute interview where Trump called in and the Morning Joe group followed a very similar format. When switching back to Fox, Brian Kilmeade looked he was suffering a massive case of constipation....
I did notice a slight change in CNN’s reporting on Trump too. That “Anna Navaro” was initially a hater of Trump, but she has suspiciously softened her tone.
Megyn is about to start her Fall vacation.
“I like Trump, but his attacks on press commentators and other candidates are a big turn-off and make him look like a juvenile.”
The GOPe are earnestly trying to convince people this is so.
“First I’d demand an apology from Rich Lowlife then I’d say Megyn Kelly has to be gone within 30 days.”
How many other GOP candidates did Rick Lowery come on Cruella Kelly’s show to talk about cutting off B@LLs? That’s really pretty gross.
Lowery is another RINO mouthpiece that hates Trump. But the SOB should be fired for the filthy remark he made about Fiorina cutting Trump’s gonads off.
