Billionaire businessman Donald Trump extended his lead in the first prominent post-debate poll released by NBC News Sunday.

Post debate NBC poll: Trump 29% Carson 14% Carly 11% Jeb 8% Cruz 7% Rubio 7% Rand 3% Christie 3% Walker 3% Kasich 2% http://t.co/PywxlCgGfk

— Howie Klein (@downwithtyranny) September 20, 2015

Trump was also viewed as “most presidential” among the GOP candidates. NBC News reported:

More than a third of Republican voters say that Carly Fiorina performed best in the Wednesday night debate on CNN. But debate performances don’t translate into vote preference overnight, and Donald Trump maintains his position at the top of the Republican pack, according to the latest NBC News online survey conducted by SurveyMonkey from Wednesday through Friday.

When the candidates’ negative performance percentages are subtracted from their positive percentages, Fiorina emerges the clear winner, with a positive 34, whereas Trump nets a positive 2 among Republican voters who watched or followed the debate coverage. Marco Rubio and Ben Carson also received positive reviews from Republican voters who followed the debate, with net scores of 8 and 5. Rand Paul fared poorly, scoring a negative 13.

I’m tired of hearing Dennis Prager diss on Trump. I listen to talk radio all day (in Pittsburgh, 1250 the Answer AM)and the afternoon hosts starting with Dennis Prager are becoming unlistenable due to their dumping on Trump.

Foreign Policy is all about agenda and general strategy. It is NOT about memorizing names of terrorist leaders.

A strong president does not need to learn names of terrorist leaders, it is the terrorist leaders who need to learn about our (strong) president. None of them respect Obama (the Muslim sympathizer).

870 the answer in Los Angeles is just as bad. The only redeeming show is Levin.

If one just considered the Media love-fest, Fiorina has taken the lead and Trump’s run is over — again.

LOL

Still, according to this poll, the top 3 — Trump, Carson, Fiorina — have 54% of the vote total. The remainder is divided among the remaining dozen. That should sent ripples through the GOPEstablishment. WE DO NOT WANT YOUR GUYS.

¡Yeb! is sinking fast.

Since he 'officially' announced, has he ever been even at 10% in any of these national polls?

Rand, Paul and Perry all came out swinging against Trump - it was so beneath all of them. Yet, people only want to highlight what Trump said in response to their negativity - he never started it.

“according to the latest NBC News online survey....”

If anyone who chose to could take this survey, then it has absolutely zero validity. It’s worthless, IOW. That’s not saying that The Donald isn’t actually leading the pack — but, we just can’t tell anything from a typical on-line survey.

Perhaps she smiled when she realized Fox News Sunday was turning the entire first half of the program into a "Go Carly" campaign commercial.

According to Faux, she's now the "darling of the Republican party."

I'd like to see Trump hire John Bolton!

He is often a guest of Greta's and Greta likes Donald Trump.

Trump was right (Have you noticed that many times he is?) Rand Paul hasn’t gained any traction—at 1% he should not have been on that stage. Pauls brand of Libertarianism isn’t what America needs right now.
