Here in Louisiana, in every large city, there used to be “Charity” hospitals. Run by the state, they offered free medical care for people who could not afford medical care. The costs, evidently, were not prohibitive They were in existence for many, many decades, maybe a hundred years. I don’t know how medicaid added to the mix, or what the effects were. Bobby Jindal got rid of them. I am a Ronald Reagan conservative, but I think people should have access to health care.

However, Obamacare has NOTHING to do with advancing medical care. It is all about the implementation of socialism, and the destruction of the United States. Immigration is designed to collapse health care in any traditional sense.

Following your thought about how Trump is reported, it is worth mentioning that those same sources of information are giving us these polls. We know they can be manipulated, simply by not including Cruz’s name in the list of preferred candidates...something like what Fox is doing.
When we see the enthusiastic crowds ...nothing like Trump’s...but still good crowds, it is hard to believe the numbers.
In addition, there have been several low key articles about how Cruz is doing well. For Heaven’s sake, Byron York...Byron York wrote a piece about Cruz favorably.

Ummmm.... how is that overwhelming GOP landslide victory in 2014 working out for ya? Boehner and McConnell went to Washington and acted exactly like Pelosi and Reid. 2014 proves that it's not a matter of having the GOP candidate win elections . It's a matter of having conservatives of the kind who do exactly as they said they would do while campaigning. Amongst the GOP field, Ted Cruz is the only one who run on repealing Obamacare and actually brought the entire federal government to a halt trying to repeal Obamacare. On issue after issue after issue, Cruz is the only one who went to Washington and did exactly as he promised the voters he would do. Talk is cheap. Anyone can promise anything when they want you to vote for them. Who has actually carried out their promises to voters?
Cruz IS the best candidate we've had run for president in either party for decades.
