Carly Fiorina CALLS OUT Donald Trump: There. Is. No. Excuse.
The Right Scoop ^ | 8/8/2015 | Staff

Posted on 08/07/2015 10:12:14 PM PDT by VinL

Earlier tonight Donald Trump made this comment about Megyn Kelly on CNN’s show with Don Lemon:

“You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes. Blood coming out of her… wherever.”

Now apparently I’m in the minority as I don’t think it’s solid that he meant her period. But everyone else apparently does. And tonight Carly Fiorina took to Twitter to call Trump out for it:

Even Erick Erickson agrees, saying he has disinvited Trump to the Red State Gathering because of it:

As much as I do personally like Donald Trump, his comment about Megyn Kelly on CNN is a bridge too far for me.

In a CNN interview, Mr. Trump said of Megyn Kelly, “You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes. Blood coming out of her wherever.”

It was not the “blood coming out of her eyes” part that was the problem.

I think there is no way to otherwise interpret Mr. Trump’s comment. In an attempted clarification, Mr. Trump’s team tells me he meant “whatever”, not “whenever.”

His comment was inappropriate. It is unfortunate to have to disinvite him. But I just don’t want someone on stage who gets a hostile question from a lady and his first inclination is to imply it was hormonal. It just was wrong.

I have invited Megyn Kelly to attend in Donald Trump’s place tomorrow night.

Twitter is abuzz with this but the Donald has yet to tweet about it. I am sure he will soon and we will let you know when he does.

Personally, I never want to see a woman as President....to many issues.

Women play by different rules when in power, they are CATS, claws out and don't you DARE criticize them because they are WOMAN.

EXAMPLE.....remember when Hillary said "What difference does it make" with that vicious screaming tantrum she displayed?

Ok, that was designed to scare the hell out of those men, and don't you dare pick on me or ask me anything else about this subject, because I am a WOMAN. Which one of those men were going to be the first to attach her after that tantrum?

IT WORKED..........she walked out of that room feeling very pompous at how she silenced the men. THAT's how women play the game.

Men play by different rules and mostly more civil outwardly. As a woman I can say all this, and I never liked working with women in an office. I like to call them Sophomores.

Cruz has the 2nd biggest fundraising after Bush. If he had the money from the 5 next most conservative candidates with earnings under Rubio and Walker, he'd almost match Bush in fundraising.

http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2016/us/elections/election-2016-campaign-money-race.html?_r=0 I'm not interested in blowing up the Republican primary if it means losing the general election. And I don't see Trump having a chance of winning. The chances he makes some unacceptable gaffes or his past statements simply come back to haunt him are huge.

Plus, there's the uncertainty of how he would govern. All signs point to an Arnold Schwarzenegger-like cozying to the left, excused with a shrug of the shoulders and saying it was the best he could do.

Cruz does not have the potential to blow up like a land mine the way Trump does. And we know he is more reliable a conservative than anybody else in the running. This is not the time to back away from Cruz because we're distracted by showmanship. This is like leaving your reliable old housewife for a hot young stripper you met over the weekend. This bromance with Trump has the potential to fade very fast.

They will demoinize Cruz when the time comes. Wait for the “creepy” meme. Women know what that means.

Let us not forget who Erick Erickson is. '

This is Erick Erickson from 2011:

Enough (on Sarah Palin)

This was the response from William A Jacobsen on Legal Insurrection (a true Conservative with an excellent web-site):

Erick Erickson: “moving on from Sarah Palin is like leaving Scientology”

Interesting that Erickson at same time in the previous election cycle also attacked a leading contender for the GOP nomination. Hmm.....

“Megyn Kelly to her credit is maybe the prettiest penis envy chick I’ve ever seen

She should go home to her house husband and have him make her a sammich and get her a beer”

The issue is the US establishment likes the current trade arrangements and Trump is attacking them. Everything else is just bs to cover a pretty serious disagreement that is about $.

“Erickson outed himself as a girly-man long before this. This is just more of the same.”

Yes, I believe you are right.

Fiorina is a non-entity. She was a failure at Hewlett Pakard. All talk no performance which is why they canned her. I never even made that connection with Trump’s statement. Fiorina is probably another male hating harpy which is why Kelly was praising her before the last debate. She has a face which would stop a clock anyway.

-- Trump did the impossible....he's actually got liberals to PRAISE Fox News. --

I'd credit Kelly and Wallace for that.

I always liked Trump but like a good businessman, he blows with the wind. I think he would be a very good president for a year or so but then he would get bored.

This idolatry is getting unreadable and bordering on Palin worship. It’s supposed to be about principles people, not personalities. He’ll never be trusted because it always ends up being about him.

He has laid down the blueprint for running a successful campaign, I just hope someone like Fiorina or Walker reads it because it has cost Trump dearly to put it together.

Is Megyn Kelly a Conservative? Is she running for office? They got what they wanted—Attack Trump, make him mad and he will say something stupid and they can hit him with Fake outrage! Carly is unwise to get into this—But, maybe she see the handwriting on the wall—Trump is going down and she can make points by tossing a harpoon into him.

Because blood always comes out of women’s eyes during menses. Idiocy and hysteria.

Like waving a Confederate Flag at college students.

"Rush’s show today was utterly useless. He couldn’t form one cogent thought, and it almost pained him to say something positive about Trump. Yet he has no problem praising Rubio with no critical analysis. I think there’s something up with rush...he’s just not the same guy anymore."

I don't know what's in his wheelhouse, I wish him well, but I am listening to someone else.

Jeff Kuhner on WRKO out of Boston on the Web or on the Phone App. He is going National soon up against Rush. His numbers were so good in the morning they fired Rush and put him in his slot and are going to syndicate him. You heard it here 1st, I think he is going to give Rush one h@ll of a run for his money...

"Yah Carly made a mistake by believing what the press THINKS Trump meant. I heard the interview. It was a phone interview. He said there was blood in her eyes and then he started saying it again and then seemed like he realized he was repeating his remark about her and let it trail off and said "whereve" and then immediately went on to blood in Chris Wallace's eyes. I think it was meaningless. But who fricking cares anyways? Even if that's what he meant it's out of bounds to say that a woman who's being nasty and angry to you is on the rag? How many times has Trump been called crazy, a buffoon, etc. etc. etc. by the press and THAT'S okay?"

Post of the week for sure DouglasKC, thank you, the fervor about this, and the TV in the back where I am with the volume low ( public setting ) I haven't heard it unfiltered. Trump like many of us can ramble, this whole sensitivity PC thing of wanting to point the finger and call you the "ist" of the day, is making little tyrants out of so many Americans....
