I agree. A small minority of people are passionately against gay marriage, but the vast majority of people in this country are either:
a) In favor of it
b) Indifferent
c) Against it, but not enough to actually do anything about it.
There won't be a civil war over this. There won't even be civil strife. Neither happened after Roe v. Wade...why would this be any different?

That is the odd thing here. The two things Romney is most known for — gay marriage and Obamacare. The very two things every conservative hates, both come to full fruition in one week. Mitt will probably be ready to proudly campaign on being the father of Obamacare and gay marriage if they ever let him run again. He must feel like the rest of the world has finally caught up to his way of thinking. Now he just has to figure out a way to use it to get into the White House.
If Republicans don’t cave, like they do in everything else, this bullshit ruling could get interesting. In Alabama I know Judge Roy Moore will not accept it. I would suggest any state that does not want to “marry” queers just to do away with marriage licenses and come up with a legal contract. Leave the marriages as a church function. Queers are not going to win in court when they start suing a house of worship for not “marrying” them. To hell with the blacked robbed tyrants.

Even in our own party we have cowards and liberaltarians who have infiltrated who care nothing about this marriage crap.
I used to feel the same way and now I see the wisdom in why the Muslims kill these people as soon as they’re found out. Some people are just too dangerous to be allowed to live.

My pastor says he’ll personally burn our church down before a gay marriage takes place in it. I believe him.
If we only got God’s help when we deserved it, we would never get God’s help.
