It can be fixed through congressional action. The likely first step would be to start impeachment proceedings against those judges who have decided that they are now the legislative branch. I'm sure Justice Scalia can helpfully point out any particular justices to start with.

If we had men and women like Cruz then I would expect that, but we don’t and the GOP taking action against these judges will never happen.
