And, they apparently are unaware of who are on the list and that we know where they all are

Well, I think many libtards are not aware that they will be killed off, because the Islamo/Commies will not trust them either. I also think libtards own less guns than the rest of us.

>>> Im not sure how the positioning of troops according to the maps plays into it. Perhaps an impact south of the border?

Multiple visions/dreams reported over the last few years suggest Atlantic ocean near Peurto Rico... causing east coast/gulf Tsunamis, triggering of New Madrid fault and San Andreas. Basically, USA is going to literally get divided by God in response to us dividing His land Israel.
Both coastlines reportedly will be wiped out 100-200 miles inland, and the great lakes will drain straight into the gulf.

That is just multiple visions and dreams though... I’m not saying I believe they are accurate... I’m just saying the troop movements and positioning (especially in Peurto Rico) seems to possibly fit the scenario.

The media has an agenda of marginalizing those that think for themselves instead of blindly believing the media. We need to change their message and mission of political correctness, national divide and misinformation to one where independent citizenry and conspiracy theorist are important attributes.

years ago, I took FEMA disaster damage assessment training in preparation for the New Madrid earth quake in Memphis. The planning was to have trained volunteers at a distance ready to visit the disaster area. I was an experienced Red Cross Damage assessor so the recruitment was natural.

The problem boiled down to the complete lack of coherent local capabilities after the disaster. The trained folks there would have themselves and family on their minds. A second major aspect was just getting there and what to do after arrival. The transportation system including bridges would be severely damaged. There would be few locally available resources.

This was pre katrina and I expect that exercise in state failure to act made a big impact on disaster service delivery. Obama is one lucky son of a bitch to not have had a disaster during his term.

Keeping this thread alive because I want to know what FReepers think and how much “normalcy bias” we are affected by here. I will just say there was a column of military trucks in my little town yesterday which is unusual.
I agree with those who believe assets are being pre-positioned as if a huge event were on the horizon, and I want to call attention to how many in the government are acting the same.
Imagine that some on the right like Boehner, McConnell, and Roberts have been told that their place. and their families place.in the safe underground bunkers is at stake if they do not comply with the wishes of the administration?
Coffins, food supplies and bullets...what are they for?

I’m not so sure about that one... I think he has been hoping for one that would give him justification for what he is preparing for.

I think he is going to get more than what he bargained for though.

Compared to the general public, I would submit that Freepers are NOT suffering from normalcy bias much at all. (maybe a little).

We KNOW something is coming... at the very least an economical collapse. I find your familiarity with the term you used refreshing. Most people have never even heard of it, let alone what it means.

Armored vehicles on streets of Nashua, Red Hampshire last week...NO mention of it in any standard media outlet (tv news, papers). One would think in a boring state like Red Hampshire some mention would have been made of this, but no.

If you do not know what Posse Comitas means, please find out. It is important.

The term is "posse comitatus", straight Medieval Latin, and like most Medieval Latin a little screwy, with some explanation required, which I now attempt.

Posse is literally "to be able" (~"to have ability, power"), somewhat bent from its classical meaning. Here it's used as a collective noun for a group of men imbued with the power of the "county".

Comitatus originally meant "accompaniment, company, group", but in the Middle Ages was bent to mean the fiefdom of a count, or Latin comes, comitis (originally, "companion", in the Later Empire a kind of imperial general). We now call such a fief a "county" in the original English sense ("county", "earldom", "principality", "barony", and so on).

So a "posse comitatus" means "the power of the county" as reposed in the "posse" which assisted the sheriff ("shire riever") in administering the count's county.

The point of the argument being that the U.S. military is not imbued with posse comitatus under the Consitution, which reserves the enforcement of the laws of a State to the officers thereof, and to those of the municipalities (counties, cities) of which the State is made up.

And just to be annoying to liberals .... it was the practice, in the 19th century, for state and municipal officers to enforce federal law as well, a fact which bore critically on the task of keeping the size and expense of the federal government well short of outrageousness.

"As the right-wing fringe raises concerns about the “Jade Helm 15” conspiracy theory, it’s only natural to wonder just how many Americans put stock in the nonsense.

what a way to start off an "objective news" article. Isn't that what MSNBC claimed they were going to try to become, an objective hard news source? HA! Never happen. They can't do it.

If you read German History, Hitler’s extermination of the German Jews was considered a “conspiracy theory” also, by them. Until it happened. Even though they had the passage of the Nuremburg Law[s] they [the Jews] could have used as a warning.

I’d rather believe that Jade Helm 15 is a plot to prep the military for impending martial law - and be proven wrong and laughed at - than to assume there’s nothing to it and then be taken by surprise.

Compared to the general public, I would submit that Freepers are NOT suffering from normalcy bias much at all.

The Houston Chronicle on the 14th quoted Rasmussen saying half of all likely voters (not just R's) think that the Government is preparing to mess with a State or States for political reasons. As in, martial law, that kind of thing.

I don't know what to think myself, but when someone like Greg Abbott, who is serious as a heart attack, worries that Obama is cooking something up (go ahead, count in your own heads the number of times Obama has messed with Texas since he moved into the White House), that gets my attention.

The Nazi Wannsee Protocols were held in deep secrecy even as the experiments for their implementation went forward in 1941. (The Protocols were signed at the end of 1940.)

The wife of Hitler's national Hitlerjugend organization couldn't imagine, when she saw it happening in spring 1941, why German officers and men were treating a bunch of old men, women, and children so badly. It was the beginning of the roundups of Jews for slaughter. She couldn't imagine what she was seeing before her eyes.

They know something is up... and they are not telling us because they don’t want to start a panic. It all makes sense.

And among "they", not one exists who will get the truth out?

The truth is out. Check YouTube for videos of military movements, tunnels underground, Walmart closures, and supression of US citizens. Normalcy bias prevents many from acknowledging what they are watching with their own eyes... Just like many Germans would not believe their gov was killing Jews until they were forced to look.

You are describing evidence, which may indeed mean an imminent takeover, or something else entirely. We are entitled to know WHY the regime considers these steps necessary. Again I ask, in different words, are there no Godly men among the "they" who know what's coming and will release the information to us?
