I’m not sure even a Constitutional Amendment would matter anymore. The leftist courts and the Washington left now ignore the Constitution and write and ignore or enforce laws to fit their agenda.
I’m saying he could have showed up for the vote. If he wasn’t even going to vote “present” he had no business talking about it. Way to betray conservatives.
Google “Cruz gay daughter comment” to find the NY Times article that discusses Cruz’s recent event hosted by a pair of gay Hotel magnates, in the last two days (don’t know if we are allowed to link to NY Times articles, so I didn’t post the link.)
From the article, “During the gathering, according to two people present, Mr. Cruz said he would not love his daughters any differently if one of them was gay.”
First, it’s the NY Times, so take it with a grain of salt, and I don’t think there is anything that my daughter could do to make me love her less, so I don’t know if this means anything at all. But if it is even a tiny bit accurate, expect to hear more about it.

Maybe you should learn what votes matter and what votes don’t, and stop your useless whining, or at least direct it that the Republicans who voted for cloture and voted to confirm her, instead of at the one who didn’t.
