This ‘deputy’ self-conflicted himself at least once. First it was “improper hand gesture” trying to relate that to the fallback rules for turning, stopping, etc. when the turn signals aren’t working. Then a couple minutes in, he says “that’s why you’re being stopped today....” as the driver explains the female was not doing what the officer implied.
This is a BS stop and those two who pulled over the car need to be sanctioned.
Sort.of.a punk, but I do think he has a point - it’s weird and worrisome for cops to go around, routinely dressed up in kooky, hi-speed clothes, pretending like they’re SEAL Team 6, but minus all the troublesome excercise.
Put on the clothes, drive the vehicle and it puts semi-kooks into Full Kook Mode - they LOOK for confrontation.

This was a chilling video, all of it was about the cops acting as gang members and show how much they are just living out their own personalities out in the world, this was about getting this guys mind right and had nothing to do with laws or traffic, this was purely personal egos trying to intimidate, and cower a citizen.
This time that they took off from work for personal business should result in punishment and letting them know that there is a question of whether they should remain in police work at all since they clearly have personality issues that make them a threat to the public.
