Will Neil Cavuto bring in his Speed Reader to read between the lines ?
I’m sure it’s part of his political agenda and ultimately censorship.
Let us see the rules and we’ll be able to determine if they involve only “biggies running rough shod over the little guy.”
What right have they to create such regulations? They have the right to do so, because the Congress years ago during Jimmy Carter era abdicated their responsibilities to leftist entrenched bureaucracies, and even as they see, and know what a boondoggle that act was have never retaken their constitutional responsibilities to we the people back from those leftist bureaucrats.
The Democrats are taking advantage of that precedence, and our alleged representation sit on their thumbs.
They want to control all speech. Read the Udall Amendment from the previous Congress. It was a proposed Constitutional amendment that would have effectively repealed the Free Speech, Free Press, and Petition Clauses of the First Amendment. All of the Democrats supported it.
Net Neutrality is simply the Udall Amendment for the Internet. I believe the courts will strike down Net Neutrality. That's why the Liberal Messiah will try to quickly use Net Neutrality for whatever evil purpose He has in mind.
Regardless that the FCC voted to approve internet rules, it remains that the Founding States had made the first numbered clauses in the Constitution, Sections 1-3 of Article I, to clarify that all federal legislative (regulatory) powers are vested in the elected members of Congress, not in the executive or judicial branches, or in non-elected federal bureaucrats like those running the FCC. So Congress has a constitutional monopoly on federal legislative powers whether it wants it or not.
And by delegating federal legislative powers to third-party bureaucrats, RINO-controlled Congress is wrongly protecting federal legislative powers from the wrath of the voters in blatant defiance of the clauses referenced above imo.
Regulators + rules = freedom?
Major contradiction in the first senstence.
The government steps in to fix yet another (what it sees as a) problem.
This is the end of the decent internet.
Down hill from here, and gaining speed.
One of the big problems I see here is this.
The U. S. leadership can’t wait to give away control of the internet. So whatever the European Union wants, it will get.
In steps the U. S. F. C. C. to fix things, and it will. It will implement every hair-brained idea out of Europe.
And what’s more, the U. S. F. C. C. will simply say it’s complying with internet regulations. This is all the cover it will need to destroy the positive political aspects of the internet..., and much more.
Essentially, our internet won’t be any more sovereign than our present nation is. As I said, it’s down hill from here, and gaining speed.
Of course it did. Banning ammo next on the docket.....
How does the Pubbie party win both House and Senate and the Dems still maintain a majority of Commissars?
This was "along party lines" so should I believe this would have died if the Pubs had a 3 to 2 majority?
That, and the new service fees and connectivity taxes will enable all the disenfranchised gibmedats to get free Obamaweb broadband. You can take that to the bank.
It's not the fall, it's the landing.
Just curious, when has that ever happened? A President undoes a previous administration?
Also, the Germans did not vote Hitler into office (even though he was wildly popular); however, America voted the affirmative action moron into office twice. America can be so proud /sarc
This article reads like it was written by Pravda. I like the part about the three democrats being greated by a standing ovation as they entered the room.
Hitler was greated by standing ovations when he entered the room.
In a party-line 3-2 vote... Jessica Rosenworcel, one of the FCC's three Democratic commissioners."How does the Pubbie party win both House and Senate and the Dems still maintain a majority of Commissars?
This was "along party lines" so should I believe this would have died if the Pubs had a 3 to 2 majority? "
The president appoints the FCC commissioners, and Obama has appointed all 5 current commissioners. By law, you can have a max of 3 commissioners from one party, so he has appointed two republicans.
But this is a good reminder that republicans aren't the same as democrats, elections matter, and Obama is the worst president in american history.
Courts? COURTS?
That sh!t has gone by the wayside. It's time for OFF WITH THEIR FRIGGIN HEADS!
F U B O!!!
That's really all you need to know - that, and the definition of "abuse", which unquestionably will mean questioning global warming, or "Obama", or HRC, or speaking up for normalcy, or....
FCC is part of the Executive branch, so it’s controlled by the white house.
doesn’t matter who controls congress.
