The FCC made the New Rules Constitutional before hand so they could not be challenged in Court
What, did they rewrite the constitution while everyone was asleep last night. /s

When will they publish these new rules? It will be interesting to see what is in it and how it will impact the Internet.

I just got my Cox cable bill. There was a notice that if I didn't pay my bill immediately, the utility company was going to turn off my water and electricity.

The Dems always say what they're after, and it's been said they want to
control Political speech. I'm certain that the MSM liberal outlets are all
for it thinking they'll get the Obama pass. But Obama is not King.
All of this can be undone by the next President. Justifiably undone.

George Soros is funding this push.Yes, I read this. What is his motive for supporting this? It just can't be good if he is behind it.

As an independent U.S. government agency overseen by Congress, since when are they allowed to make law?
As well, when will their overseer (Congress) actually over see this BS?
From the FCC website:
Whenever Congress enacts a law affecting telecommunications, the FCC starts a proceeding to create the rules and policies required by the new law. The commission also may start a proceeding when an outside party files a petition seeking a new law or change in existing rules. Learn more about the
rulemaking process and
rulemakings in general.
I don't recall Congress making a law for Net Neutrality. And I did they even follow their own process, and allow the public to comment? They really should be calling it Net Neuter.

They could accomplish that goal in less than a paragraph.
This regulation runs 314 pages. What’s in the rest of it?
To: Buckeye McFrog
This regulation runs 314 pages. Whats in the rest of it? That's my whole point about this thing. If all people want is to "Keep the Internet the way it's always been", it should not take 314 pages to do it.
