How does the Pubbie party win both House and Senate and the Dems still maintain a majority of Commissars?

This was "along party lines" so should I believe this would have died if the Pubs had a 3 to 2 majority?

The president appoints the FCC commissioners, and Obama has appointed all 5 current commissioners. By law, you can have a max of 3 commissioners from one party, so he has appointed two republicans.

But this is a good reminder that republicans aren't the same as democrats, elections matter, and Obama is the worst president in american history.

FCC is part of the Executive branch, so it’s controlled by the white house.
doesn’t matter who controls congress.
