Creepy boy is sexually assaulting girls all over campus and on the school bus.

Administrators devise a plan to use 14 year old special needs girl as rape-bait. She doesn't want to but is coerced.

Plan goes accordingly, but teachers and staff "forgot" to show up and so the girl is raped in the boy's restroom.

It says that she went looking for him. It's unclear who made the first offer but even if he suggested it, "agreed" means "yes".

I'm not sure why they are accusing the school of negligence and indifference in failing to protect the girl. The school clearly and deliberately exposed the girl to the danger.

This was intentional action. The teacher's assistance, an authority figure employed by the school, directed the girl to say yes and meet the boy. The girl initially refused and had to be pressured into complying.

The school directly caused this to happen.

You are wrong on so many levels. Look at the basics.

She was a 14 year old. She is mentally incompetent. She could not consent if she WANTED to.

Based on the facts as presented, was she raped or was it consensual?

This boy had assaulted and threatened several special needs female students. School Administrators did nothing.

Then a teacher's aide asked a 14 year old special needs girl to act as bait and catch him in the act. The the 14 year old girl was anally raped. School officials recorded it as inappropriate touching and the boy was given a 5 day suspension.

This is all paid for with our tax dollars.

I am not saying that she willingly engaged in sex, but if the set up was her being affirmative, the courts may find it difficult to convict on a rape charge, let alone the issue of entrapment.

I’m betting there is more to this story than meets the eye. Given the boy’s long history, why was he in a regular school and not a reform school. I’m betting he is well connected, a member of a favored race or possibly both.

Hell, schools ENCOURAGE kids to sexually experiment. They are anti-abstinence not because “it doesn’t work” but because it is counter to the SIECUS worldview that “orgasm is a birthright to be enjoyed at every age”.

NEA is damn silent on the widespread instances of teacher-student sexual relations.
