Plan goes accordingly, but teachers and staff "forgot" to show up and so the girl is raped in the boy's restroom.

The federal brief argues school officials minimized the incident, listing it in the boy's extensive record as “inappropriate touching.” The federal attorneys note one assistant principal, despite seeing photos of the injuries, contended school officials could not know if the girl had consented.
“Vice-Principal Dunaway testified that (the girl) was responsible for herself once she entered the bathroom,” wrote federal attorneys.
Following a five-day suspension, the boy was sent to an alternative school, but soon returned to Sparkman Middle, writes the Justice Department.”
This boy had assaulted and threatened several special needs female students. School Administrators did nothing.
Then a teacher's aide asked a 14 year old special needs girl to act as bait and catch him in the act. The the 14 year old girl was anally raped. School officials recorded it as inappropriate touching and the boy was given a 5 day suspension.
This is all paid for with our tax dollars.
Quietly, professionally, and deliberately, there would be some fatal “accidents” of school staff had that been my daughter.
The only thing the school officials and staff have going for them here is: they don’t DRESS like pimps.

Throw them all in prison and melt down the key. The 16 year old rapist, too. His parents obviously don’t care, if he has any at all. He shouldn’t see the light of day.
There is no way a suit would proceed against the police for not protecting, they have no duty to do so, not even if they encourage you to be bait in a sting operation.
I wonder what the status of this suit is. What is the Justice Department advocating for? Stripping federal funds from the school? Or are the feds offering to pay the demand?

Let me guess: the perp was one of those students that the federal governments insists must NEVER be expelled from school for any offense, no matter how egregious, because it would be discriminatory.
The school officials involved in this deserve to be charged with pimping. Throw the book at these idiots, fine them, and jail them.

I am more angry with the school officials than the perp. The school officials were little more than procurers for the rapist. They should never be employed by a school system again.
One thing which stands out to me is the school did not contact her parents or report the incident to the police before they set up this sting.
This girl needs to sue this school district into bankruptcy due to the outrageous conduct by their employees.
