A mob of about a hundred black youths beat a white Kroger store employee unconscious in the parking lot. The girls filming the assault laughed as the taped the brutal beating.

Low IQ and crime are not related.

The reason blacks today have higher crime rates is principally due to policies instituted by the forced anti-discrimination crowd which has resulted in:

1. making excuses for the black criminal - saying that it’s not their fault that it’s societies fault, thus relieving blacks of any sense of responsibility and actually providing encouragement to misbehave. (Recent events underscore this phenomenon)
2. destroying any incentive to work by providing institutionalized, multigenerational welfare benefits. This in combination with minimum wage laws has resulted in millions of unemployed young blacks with lots of time in their hands to cause peoblems.
3. destroying the black family, since the government is now their principal “bread winner”. The adult black male has become superfluous, leading to a life of despair, and fatherless “families”.

It wasn’t long ago (pre LBJ) that crime rates for blacks was much much lower than it is today.

His family was much poorer than most “inner city” folks today and did not receive hand-outs. Rural poor are, in may ways, even more destitute than city poor. Before that, my father’s family, including my uncle, sometimes only had a potato to eat, and I don’t mean they each had a potato. Their “school lunch” when they were able to attend, that is, was a slice of corn bread with a thin layer of lard on top. No, I’m not kidding.

And what if because of widely different AVERAGE IQ between the two groups, one group ends up doing mostly low end work (janitorial, airport porters, maids, etc) and the other lands skilled and professional work. How do you think the two groups will react toward each other?

Yes, and that was one of the solutions suggested by Murray and Herrnestein to try to equalize the average IQ between the races - forced intermarriage. In essence elimination of the two races and creating a new single race of mulattos.

Another one was forced sterilization of low IQ blacks.

As I said, neither very politically viable.

That's a very good point, to be sure. Such a problem could be overcome if a solid education in the trades were available in high school. And everyone involved would have to use good common sense. But in Al Sharpton's America that might not be possible.
