The authors of “The Bell Curve” were demonized and ostracized.
They suggested several different solutions to equalize the average IQ between the two races - none are politically doable at this time, and perhaps ever.
American blacks have higher I.Q.s than those in the Motherland because almost all of them are actually mixed race, to one extent or another.
