> Blood sugar levels are mind altering.

I meant in an incapacitating way but hey, at least I know where you stand on the issue...: )

The study was not designed to detect intensity or duration of hallucinosis. The questions necessary to accomplish this would have to be so detailed as to be inappropriate to a retrospective questionnaire.

It is possible that a person's failure to admit to hallucinogenic reactions while using marijuana might result from the total absence of or denial of such reactions. Questions describing depression, confusion, anxiety, unusual thoughts, mood elevation, and relaxation were included in the survey. Nonreactors were identified by their failure to admit to ever having any of these reactions as well as their denial of the items describing hallucinogenic reactions.

Nothing biased there. /s lol

And now I know where you stand. I think. For whatever that’s worth to either of us.

Agreed. I am not an advocate but this doesn’t seem right. Although it is possible. People might react differently.

Maybe it interacted with another drug in his system?

I meant where you stand on the issue. So you imbibe some. Doesn’t matter to me. I just don’t. Didn’t meant to infer anything negative really...

I knew you meant where I stand on the issue but I didn’t really know how you felt about it. I don’t know if you care what my opinion about it is at all but I don’t consider cannabis incapacitating except from exceptionally high intake. As someone who has been hypoglycemic all of my adult life I would say that I can be fairly severely incapacitated when my blood sugar is real low. Pretty grumpy too.

Perhaps his pot edibles were laced with a second type of drug?

Back in the dim and distant past, I dated a guitar player.

Not partaking in the bands’ “recreational usage” gave me an interesting perspective on how much drugs may affect others.

I have a friend who has made a tidy living living by counseling people with severe anxiety and panic attacks.

Most of her clients came to her after experiencing the infamous anxiety/paranoia/panic of pot.

My position on dope comes from the vantage point of not using it or having any reason to justify its “harmlessness”.

I have seen what it does to people.

I cannot, in good conscience, sanction the stuff.

Are you taking chromium?

If not, you should be.

I’m terribly hypoglycemic and the stuff is a life saver.

Bill Bennett said it best: "After a while yu won't get off the couch."

I had a student that was a very gifted guitar player. Over 4 years I saw his decline and it was jsut tragic.

Imagine the whole country with the free rein of dope.

How ~easy to control~, we’d all be.

I’m sure nobody’s plotting to guarantee that eventuality.

[yeah, right]

Somebody’s gotta stay sober, vigilant and on guard.

Guess it’ll be us.

I have about 45 years of experience with pot and the people who use it myself. I have no need to justify my use of it any more than I need to justify owning a firearm.

No, I take a number of vitamins and supplements but not chromium. I just take care to eat enough to avoid a problem. I always have a power bar or something in my day pack to make sure I don’t get caught without a solution. Just checked my Centrum and it has 60 mcgs of chromium.
