Are you taking chromium?

No, I take a number of vitamins and supplements but not chromium. I just take care to eat enough to avoid a problem. I always have a power bar or something in my day pack to make sure I don’t get caught without a solution. Just checked my Centrum and it has 60 mcgs of chromium.
You want some of my glucose? I'm having the opposite problem.
The drugs (and even the insulin) aren't working very well anymore.
