Back in the dim and distant past, I dated a guitar player.

Not partaking in the bands’ “recreational usage” gave me an interesting perspective on how much drugs may affect others.

I have a friend who has made a tidy living living by counseling people with severe anxiety and panic attacks.

Most of her clients came to her after experiencing the infamous anxiety/paranoia/panic of pot.

My position on dope comes from the vantage point of not using it or having any reason to justify its “harmlessness”.

I have seen what it does to people.

I cannot, in good conscience, sanction the stuff.

Bill Bennett said it best: "After a while yu won't get off the couch."

I had a student that was a very gifted guitar player. Over 4 years I saw his decline and it was jsut tragic.

I have about 45 years of experience with pot and the people who use it myself. I have no need to justify my use of it any more than I need to justify owning a firearm.

every single one of our opiate addicts that come into our hospital for medical stabilization have pot in their system...every single one...

I'd bet that most of all our alcohol related accidents also have an element of pot in the mix...except they don't check for it...
