Beck Warns Americans Against Falling in With ‘Right’s Version of Occupy Wall Street’ (Bundy)
The Blaze ^ | April 14, 2014 | Erica Ritz

The controversy over a Nevada rancher’s decades-long use of public land without paying federal grazing fees has quickly become a national issue — one that Glenn Beck on Monday urged Americans to fully understand before taking a side on.

“We did some research online with PsyID today, and found that there’s about 10 or 15 percent of the people who are talking about this online that are truly frightening,” Beck said on his television program. “They don’t care what the facts are. They just want a fight.”

Beck said there are many “decent, small-government proponents from groups like the Tea Party” supporting Bundy, and they need to be aware that the controversy has drawn “violent, anti-government” individuals who are “the right’s version of Occupy Wall Street,” as well....

On the other hand, if it is a case of powerful political interests using police powers to strip a family of their livelihood so they can fill their pockets then Sarah, Ted and Rand & the Tea Party ought to damn well speak up.

There is powerful evidence that this is exactly what is happening.

These videos are for people who don't yet understand why Cliven Bundy broke his agreement with the BLM. They show why the BLM should not even be managing the public lands of Nevada or any other state.

1of3 Stephen Pratt speaking to Sheriffs at WSSA conference

2of3 Stephen Pratt speaking to Sheriffs at WSSA conference

3of3 Stephen Pratt speaking to Sheriffs at WSSA conference

Here's one that shows why the Sheriff of Clark County is duty bound to keep the BLM and all Federal agents from arresting Cliven Bundy.

“Just when did he come to this brilliant legal conclusion that the land really belonged to Nevada?”

Probably around 1990-1993. There were folks going around telling folks that. One of them, Hage - a guy with more smarts than Bundy IMHO - lost his legal arguments in court last year (his estate, since he died), but the court also said the behavior of the BLM “shocks the conscience of the court”. It pointed out that the BLM went looking for a fight and created a problem where there did not need to be one. Another, Gardner, appealed to the 9th Circuit covering Nevada, and lost his appeal. For all its faults, the 9th Circuit actually wrote a decent opinion which can be read here:

You and I see the whole 'representation' thing a bit differently, suffice it to say. But then I live in California.

I'll only point out that Bundy made his strides (how significant they are remains to be seen) via physical confrontation. Otherwise he and his family would be on the bricks looking for a handout today.

People still listen to The Magic Christian? One more turn of the screw and Beck would be a baldie-in-safron-robes greeting people at thee airport.

When I see “The Blaze” I hear it in my thoughts like it is midget-shouted by Tattoo from Fantasy Island: “The Blaze! The Blaze!”

**Beck is a fraud.**

I can’t believe that I actually fell for his lies at the beginning. He’s really quite whacko.

This may well be true. But as I've also said upthread - this whole crisis may be yet another one of Barack Alinsky's tactics to divert attention away from the REAL crisis. Which was (past tense) the IRS scandal hearings and the illegal actions of Holder, Lerner, Cummings, Obama et al.

Funny how we aren't discussing that this week, isn't it?

Harry Reid should be arrested for crimes against the People of the United States and treason.

Well there is a lot going on lately. But I've seen plenty of threads regarding those things.

Executive and congressional abuse of power is the common theme.

Thankfully, I stopped listening to Beck a few seconds after I started listening to him.

"Just when did he come to this brilliant legal conclusion that the land really belonged to Nevada?"

When a corrupt Nevadan Senator decided to leverage his position and influence to enrich himself and his progeny at the expense of hard working, honest Americans?

When this same Senator and others who looked away, brought the full force of the US government and all of its offices to bear in order to destroy the livelihood of American cattlemen?

Maybe when the corrupt judges appointed by politicians "ruled" against the hard working American cattlemen?

I side with Bundy simply because the USG is corrupt to the core, including the judiciary...I don't believe they acted truthfully or legitimately in any of this...unjust rulings and unjust legislation are being used to destroy the livelihoods of Americans so that Communists in and out of Washington can enrich themselves.

My response is: So what? Many times it has been rightfully argued in here that there is no right to healthcare, or even a job. But, somehow Bundy has a right to continue to be a rancher?

Sarah, Ted, and Rand won’t be saying anything to support Bundy because they know he is the wrong.

Yeah, and if I tried to stand in the way of feds trying to claim property after I hadn’t paid them for 20 years, they’d have brought the dogs, tasered me and maybe knocked me over.

There is a lot I don’t like about our laws and their enforcement, but I’m not backing some paramilitary response to their enforcement.

Plainly said they would line up women and children.

From 'Sherriff Mack'

Speaking to radio host Ben Swann later on Monday, Mack explained his plan. “It was a tactical plot that I was trying to get them to use,” Mack said.
By David Edwards

You can certainly respect whom you wish, but I can't find any indication that the Bundy's agreed to have anything to do with this 'plan', just he was *on their side* and speaking to them.

Civil war is what it is.

History deniers don't change history - ask the Banana King.

BTW - here's a good book for you:

Das Reich: The March of the 2nd SS Panzer Division Through France, June 1944 (Zenith Military Classics)
http://www.amazon.com/Das-Reich-Division-Military-Classics/dp/0760344914/

The author, Max Hastings, is a Brit Lefty whiner, but he did a pretty good job laying this one out.

Americans are such starry-eyed idealists, probably because we haven't been evilly massacred enough times.
