Mocking God Almighty, not a smart move.

Remember, GTV is a same sex marriage, pro baby killer CULT leader supporter. And the faithful NEVER bows to evil which instills fear in the hearts of the weak to seduce them.

Fear is the absent of faith and the faithful trust God.

Of course, Romney got the nomination so everyone has to jump on board.

But Mitt better not take it for granted. I think he can be turned back to the good side! lol

Or we’ll sic Yoda on him.

I expect that JimRob will tolerate the “I will never vote for mittens” crowd for a few weeks wow... you should probably read some of his posts. This site is a conservative site. Not a Republican site. Jim will tell you that. I more see the Mitt supporters getting the Zot before those of us who won't vote for Mitt will.

Ordinarily I wouldn’t respond to an odd post like that, but do you have some idea of who can beat Obama if it’s not Romney?

Just curious.

Very curious.

It’s kinda interesting and news that Rand endorsed Obama, I don’t care how noob the poster was.

And it doesn’t take much to start agitation around here. Just mention wanting Romney to beat Obama and it’s on.

Mission9 has been here a decade longer than both of us......he must know something we don’t......I hope he is right but tend to agree with you that it is entirely possible that the Mitt supporters get the knife before the “anybody but mitt” crowd does.

Your effort to squelch me by asserting that I've 'aligned myself with' one group or another is sadly irrational. You may view me as aligned with this or that group, but I am as appalled by the anti Romney venom as I am by the pro Romney venom. We have lept way beyond arguning politics, as you can see by the posts on this thread. And it is very possible that some or much of this venom is by design.

The n00b person who posted this thread on which unsightly posts are roiling is a known DU poster. It serves the leftist agenda to have these venom dripping threads at FR. Don't help them else someone accuse you of 'aligning yourself with' that group of deranged leftists who take twisted pleasure in the venom. You have a pleasant evening. Have a cup of Earl Grey Tea and try to forget the irrational posts that could set you off.

I bear no grudge, but it is sad to see this spectacle we are witnessing at a time when the Republic needs every opposition to the devilish commie about to end the Republic.

Blaming the GOPe doesn't remove little barry bastard boy from power. Only garnering more votes for an opposing candidate than Obama tallies will remove the lying fraud from power, and then there is no guarantee of it because he is the most dangerous empowered enemy of America wethepeople have ever faced and tried to face down. He is the puppet of far more evil masters. I pray Romney is not of the same globalist sludge. I know barry is the puppet of them, but I have yet to see if Romney is. As someone wrote the other night, 'so it's come to this, has it!' What a nasty choice we must make at this time in our nation's History.

This site had what, a 100K users,? 200K, More?

Just keep zotting those who support the republican challanger to zero, and you might end up with what, 29 users?

But hey, they will have their principles!

I only heard about Virgil Goode a few days ago. From the way everyone was talking about him, I thought he was some super conservative guy. Then someone posted the guy’s bio, which I’ve pasted below.

While I have no doubt he’s more conservative than Mittens (no huge feat), I’m not all that impressed with Virgil Goode. Too much Dem in his background, and he seems a bit of an opportunist.

Goode grew up as a Democrat.[5] He entered politics soon after graduating from law school. At the age of 27 he won a special election to the state Senate from a Southside district as an independent after the death of the Democratic incumbent. One of his major campaign focuses at the time was advocacy for the Equal Rights Amendment.[6] Soon after being elected, he joined the Democrats.

Goode wore his party ties very loosely. He became famous for his support of the tobacco industry, where he spoke about his fear that “his elderly mother would be denied ‘the one last pleasure’ of smoking a cigarette on her hospital deathbed.”[6] He was an ardent defender of gun rights while being an enthusiastic supporter of L. Douglas Wilder, who would become the first elected black governor in the history of the United States. At the Democratic Party’s political convention, it was Goode who nominated Wilder for lieutenant governor in 1985. However, while governor, Wilder cracked down on the sale of guns in the state.[6]

After the 1995 elections resulted in a 20–20 split between Democrats and Republicans in the state Senate, Goode seriously considered voting with the Republicans on organizing the chamber. Had he done so, the State Senate would have been under Republican control for the first time since Reconstruction (the Republicans ultimately won control outright in 1999). Goode’s actions at the time “forced his party to share power with Republican lawmakers in the state legislature,” which further upset the Democratic Party.[6]

Yeah Rand endorsing Mitt is a shocker to me but Tea Party nominated reps have been backstabbing us all over....Bondi, Connie Mack.......makes you wonder if indeed there is a deal to pick him as a VP with his daddy......they don’t get much farther to the right than Rand Paul huh?

I have never told any Mitt support not to vote for him. I have simply said “know what your voting for”

It’s the ABO group that goes after me with their argument of how if I vote for anyone but Obama or Romney I am voting for Obama and the such. Some have been out right mean about it.

I can disagree with them, They support Romney. I don’t. It’s ok. But with them, my failure to support Romney is completely unacceptable.

For this reason, and their response to people like me leads me to believe they will be gone before I am.

Why? Because they are not! I’m going to vote for Romney for my own reasons. You can legitimately accuse me of supporting Romney in that regard. But if some doesn’t vote for Obama or Romney, you cannot legitimately accuse them of supporting Obama. There vote will not defeat Obama, but it certainly is not supporting Obama. Stop making that specious accusation, it has the effect of insulting people who are your fellow freepers, at least for now your fellow freepers.

I believe we have uncovered here the last remaining hive of people who want to destroy their own country through stubbornness and hate.

I know they are small in number. Perhaps we should preserve them somehow in a special compound.
