Yes and his numbers will continue to fall because he looked and acted desperate. Reminded me of a certain lady.

Like your answer. Thank you. I just get a little torqued when I hear people just knee=jerk reply that we should just deport them all en masse.

In closing statements, when Newt was talking about how really dangerous BHO has been, Ron Paul was smirking!

FURP.

The camera caught some gal in the audience just after Santo said “vote for me” and her expression was like she’d just swallowed a pickle

Newt turned to Ron Paul and said to him (I can read lips) “Paul...”, etc, making the mistake many people do with people who have two damn first names.

Now we’ll hear Anderson Cooper tell us which candidate turns him on sexually the most.

GREAT closer by Newt!!! Good bookend to the first 5 minutes of the debate. Romney trying to elicit a patriotic response, but he’s going on too long .... back to “I understand” ... he says that a lot. So-so closer. Santorum still trying to get himself clear of the field .... not going to happen for him ..... back to “only one who has won a swing state” .... old meme. Guess I missed R.P.’s closer :-) My ranking - Newt, Romney, Paul, Santorum.

If Romney is the nominee, he’ll try to talk Obama to death..

Santorum is really being an ass tonight. He’s whining and attacking everyone. He makes faces while others are speaking.

Someone should have advised him to refrain from this behavior, because it entirely eclipses his good qualities. He seemed to have stepped back from that for awhile, so I can only assume he feels he's fighting for his life here.

I guess it’s highly individual. To me, Romney looked more nervous and rattled than ever before, and Ron Paul looked older and more mentally fragile than ever before (except for his great slap down of Santorum). Santorum, to me, came across as bitchy and evasive, while Gingrich seemed like what he always is: confident, full of ideas, and willing to give honest specifics about his position.

I will grant that they all seemed pretty tired, but I guess that’s certainly reasonable.

Will CNN replay the debate spectacle later tonight, do you know? I would stay up all night to hear Newt eviscerate that insufferable ass, John King.

Tonite

Newt
Romney (Close 2nd, his best debate in a while)
Paul Close 3rd (more clear than usual)
Santorum - last by a large margin

Each had good moments. Each had some bad. I do wish CNN had asked some more substantial questions. But they are warming up for the general election debates, where they want to throw softballs at Obama.

1. Newt/Santorum (tie) - Rick had a great closing speech to tie
3. Paul - #3 only because of the person at #4
4. Romney (ZERO original thoughts, creepy, A LOSER)
