I just watched Fox News with Megyn Kelly and it was not a pretty sight to see. Megyn Kelly in my opinion is not a legitimate news reporter. Here is why. She just had a segment where she had two guest who were anti-birthers. She went on to discuss the issue with Gov Albercromie wanting to end the issue about if Obama was born in the U.S. or Kenya. She then proceeds to let her guests ridicule the birthers. They said no matter what it is a moot issue. He has shown his birth certificate online. One of the guest then swipes at the notion of how absurd the birthers are by thinking that Obama's mother would jump on a plane immediately and fly to Kenya to have a baby in a Kenyan hospital rather than a modern American hospital. Megyn agreed and laughed at that notion. Kelly then said that since Obama is in Hawaii that birthers 'Right Now' are sitting at home thinking that Obama is massaging, copying and pasting on his birth certificate. This was a blatant smear campaign at the supporters of the constitutions Article 2 Section 1.
This is my problem. Not once did Kelly bring up the fact that since Obama's father was a British National and that was passed to Obama jr making him a dual citizen. Not once was the natural born citizenship subject brought up. Not once did Kelly bring up the fact that even if President Obama was indeed born in Hawaii, that he would still not be a Natural Born Citizen because of his father making him a dual citizen, thus making him ineligible for the presidency. Not once did Kelly mention Article 2 Section 1 of the constitution. Not one time did any of her guest even bring up those matters. All they did was ridicule and make fun of the birthers on this constitutional crisis.
Megyn Kelly told her guest she is getting tons of emails on this subject since the Albercromie fiasco started creating what she called a 'Fire Storm'. Is it possible that her emails are being censored because it seems that surely she is getting emails on the natural born citizenship issue because of Obama's father being a British National making the president a dual citizen. It would seem that she would want to make this a serious issue and have guest on with constitutional experience rather than no-name guests who where there to humiliate and ridicule the so called birthers. Either way, I did not like the segment and I will never pay attention to Megyn Kelly again. That interview did it for me. For her to say she has talked to experts on the issue on both sides and then to not have experts on to interview them about the seriousness of the issue is ludicous and unprofessional. Fox News should be ashamed.

First tribal marriage was legal under the applicable laws. It would have been recognized in the US.
As for annulment versus divorce - remember this is the family that is a master at trying to weave lies.
As an FR poster that works in family court said..you can put anything in a divorce filing - doesn’t mean it is true.
I don’t think they were ever really married. This is just a guess. But if they were married - it wasn’t legal. And it appears that Ann knew about his first wife.
Let’s just say for the sake of argument that they were really married in a ceremony and Ann thought she needed a divorce.
Doesn’t change the Brits immigration law as to out of wedlock marriage.
It is possible that IF Obama has applied for Citizenship and had told the whole story then someone would have granted him a “mercy” citizenship out of fairness..but it would have to be a process that he would have had to go through.
You can understand why countries would have these kind of laws.

Not just because Obama's already been sworn in, but because Vattel's reading isn't the only or the prevalent interpretation of "natural born citizen" -- and it never was.
Anyone else remember the Sense of The Senate Resolution that declared John McCain to be a Natural Born Citizen? Well few remember that Obama was included in that resolution in the beginning, for some strange reason, I can't imagine what, his name was removed. By the way since McCain was not born on a military base but in a local civilian hospital, he is not qualified either. He did however produce a Birth Certificate, unlike someone else, that we really don't know.

If the framers reference for what/who a Natural Born "Citizen" was ... was the legal treatise that was well known to the founders and framers: Vattel's Law of Nations...and I believe the evidence shows it was...especially since no other text of the time is known to have defined citizens who were natural born...then it's highly likely that they would have also considered McCain to be a Natural Born Citizen as he would be considered "born in the armies of the state" by virtue of his father being stationed in Panama as a member of the U.S. military:
§ 215. Children of citizens born in a foreign country. [Edit: Note - this section refers to "citizens" and NOT natural born "citizens"]I included the other two sections, "Children of citizens born in a foreign country." and "Children born at sea" for context because if we look to the first Naturalization Act of 1790 (which was later repealed by the Act of 1795), we can see that the framers explicitly stated such children (born "beyond" the sea) to be "Natural Born Citizens."It is asked whether the children born of citizens in a foreign country are citizens? The laws have decided this question in several countries, and their regulations must be followed.(59) By the law of nature alone, children follow the condition of their fathers, and enter into all their rights (§ 212); the place of birth produces no change in this particular, and cannot, of itself, furnish any reason for taking from a child what nature has given him; I say "of itself," for, civil or political laws may, for particular reasons, ordain otherwise. But I suppose that the father has not entirely quitted his country in order to settle elsewhere. § 217. Children born in the armies of the state.
For the same reasons also, children born out of the country, in the armies of the state, or in the house of its minister at a foreign court, are reputed born in the country; for a citizen who is absent with his family, on the service of the state, but still dependent on it, and subject to its jurisdiction, cannot be considered as having quitted its territory.
And the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond Sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born Citizens: Provided, that the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been resident in the United States:Here, we see the Congress overstepping it's Constitutional authority by trying to state that children born overseas shall be considered a Natural Born Citizen. Congress only has the power to create laws on who shall be "Naturalized" citizens...NOT who shall be "Natural Born" citizens for they follow the rules of natural law of which Vattel write about in Law of Nations.
Note also the U.S. Congress's reference to the condition of the father JUST like Vattel does!
It's interesting to note that (non binding) Senate resolution 511 ALSO references the first Naturalization Act of 1790:
Whereas such limitations would be inconsistent with the purpose and intent of the `natural born Citizen' clause of the Constitution of the United States, as evidenced by the First Congress's own statute defining the term `natural born Citizen'
It continues to amaze me the people, like this Megyn Kelly for example, who mock and use Alinsky like tactics against those who want to know the truth of the matter.

If SA was in Washington state about two weeks after Zippo’s birth, it's pretty doubtful she was in HI at the time of his birth.

Megan humilated herself as a reporter and lawyer who wants to cover up the legal question of Obama’s qualification rather than deal with it as a professional should.

I have seen Ari Fleisher gushing, I have seen o’reilly and media in general talking about how how many great things he accomplished during lame duck session. Today Megyn Kelly went nuts on people that want to see the birth certificate that he is hiding and has spent millions to hide.

The idea was to get him to the very edge, have him declared ineligible, orchestrate massive race riots, forcing Bush to take steps to quell the violence.
Hillary would have been launched into the WH with basically dictatorial powers.
Journolist was started in Feb of 2007, allegedly to get Zippo elected prez. Problem with this story is, Hillary had started her dirty tricks campaign in Nov of 2006. The same journalist that were allegedly working to get Zippo elected prez were going full speed with Hillary's dirty tricks campaign so they could to get Hillary elected prez.
Hillary's dirty tricks campaign got derailed by the VT shooting bumping it out of the news for a week or more, and they could never get the public interest back to the phony story they were orchestrating.
That dirty tricks campaign was supposed to recreate as close as possible, the same set of circumstances that had resulted in the LA race riots of 1992, which launched Bill Clinton into the WH.
The Clinton's had the same basic plan in place to orchestrate race riots for the 1996 election, and again during BC’s impeachment.
