African-Americans are overrepresented in America's prisons while whites and Asians are underrepresented. Is this a case of racism by police, judges and juries; or are black Americans more likely to commit felonies?
The statistics don't lie: African-Americans comprise 13 percent of the U.S. population, but 40 percent of all homicide victims are black, and 93 percent of their killers also are black.
It's no mystery; about two-thirds of black children live in homes without fathers, a sure formula for poverty and poor discipline during their upbringing. So why is the Obama administration seeking out racial disparities in the disciplining of black and white students in public schools, with an eye toward levying fines and other enforcement actions?
Faced with disparate numbers of students of one race or another that cause disciplinary problems, school officials have a choice between inflicting harsh discipline on well-behaved groups, or ignoring misbehavior by those that cause the most problems, just to equalize the statistics and throw the feds off the scent. We can't think of a more feckless approach to bringing about a safe, orderly learning environment in the schools.

“All you have to look at is the violent crime committed by blacks against blacks in majority black areas and compare that to the per capita rates of other ethnic groups in areas they dominate. The race pimps won’t like the answers that bit of research will provide. It’s politically incorrect but, taken as a group, blacks are the most likely of any Americans to commit violent crimes.”
But the crime rate of any ethnicity shows the exact same pattern when poverty is also considered. Any ethnic group everywhere around the world (blacks, whites, asian, hispanic, et.al.) that has higher rates of poverty show proportionately higher rates of crime as perpetrators, victims, and inmates.
The real issue is not primarily of ethnicity, it is of poverty. The reality is that welfare handouts don’t fix poverty yet that’s just about all that liberal governments seem to want to do, instead of doing the hard work of incentivising family unit cohesion, good education outcomes, and job opportunities.
Oh by the way ,maybe you can explain why all the women, ya know, aunts, grannies and cousins, all had those big breasts and when they crushed you into their bosoms during a big hug I always detected the smell of roses and gardenias. Damndest thing!

One of Obama’s plans is to release all blacks/minorities imprisoned for drug offenses. He’s already declared them ‘entrepreneurs’. So the idea is to put them in charge of his fatigue clad youth army. You remember those darling kids. Marching around, chanting Obama, with fists in the air. Fascism redux.
Black Americans will not be free of racism until they adopt strict “classism”. Respectable, responsible, and educated black Americans must perpetually distinguish themselves from irresponsible, criminal and uneducated black Americans.
This is terribly frustrating to middle and upper class black Americans. After much hard work and discipline, even living in integrated neighborhoods with other ethnic groups, they still have no “recognition” of their success.
It is an irony that among white people, especially, achieving the middle and upper classes is greeted with being ignored. Being left alone. But black Americans see it as a snub.
And there is no way for black Americans to show that they are cultured, erudite, and tasteful. As compared to some tacky, noveau riche black person, who uses their money to buy a gold and diamond “grill” for their teeth, and who sucks down bottle of Cristal champagne, the most expensive champagne you can buy in a truck stop.
So cultured and polite black Americans need some decoration to distinguish them from lower class blacks. And it must be recognized and respected by non-blacks.

This is because they have adopted and are mindlessly following the Marxist revolutionary edict of destroying the family to subvert capitalist society without understanding the origins or purpose of that agenda. The result is that they are destabilizing whichever stable society might potentially exist. Effing Leftist idiots.
And I should add that the less scrupulous in the Left don’t have a problem with establishing a dependent class with handouts, something that has worked very well for them politically so far.
Just this week our local paper had an article praising the valedictorian and salutorian in the regional high school. I live in an outer suburban area of one of the larger US cities, btw. One of them was black, Christian and was apparently born in Africa. I really wish there was more of this kind of news about education rather than the kind that is talked about in whispers.
Don’t worry, the Obama administration and 111th Congress will create whole new classes of crimes, so we can all be criminals!

That’s interesting, If you happen to have any links to the research I’d be interested in reading it (not doubting you, but genuinely interested in the research). I’d also be very interested in getting my wife’s feedback on it as she working towards her postgrad in criminology.
The question of root causality behind terrorism is such a complex and emotive one that I wouldn’t even hazard a guess. I think it’s just too easy for the individual’s own ideological framework to come into play when trying to find an objective answer.
Just watch the show Lockup on MSNBC. Almost 99% of the inmates had an absent dad, or one who was locked up in jail.Not the best role models for kids, no matter what the race. And the predominance seems to be in black families. No dad to teach a young son how to behave and you get a young thug who starts ripping off people at the age of 10.

These are the guys who hold their glocks sideways. I’m writing a training manual for them, telling that if you hold your glock by your side and swing your arm up, around and forward like a pitcher delivering a fastball, that the bullets will come out faster.
