This is not paranoia. Media Matters, a Soros outfit, is hiring "interns" to come on conservative forums and try to sow division, slow down momentum, forment confusion. And they are better at it than they used to be. They don't curse and swear like liberals on their own forums do.

I agree. I think maybe we have been way too hard on the Birthers. Obama could have released the long form a year and a half ago, but he purposely wanted to drive people bonkers. He knew that people who love the Constitution would over-react, and he counted on it.
Typical Saul Alinsky and Rahm Emanuel stuff. Obama is to blame for the Birthers.

And as you stated earlier it is your 'job' to stop us, meaning that your are also getting paid, most likely by the original Karl Rove, that magnificent bastard.
So by my calculations and the latest government accounting methods this thread has saved or created 247 jobs and would be eligible for 1.265 million stimulus dollars if the people here would just shut up about government spending.

LOL! But seriously, Obama could have put an end to this birther stuff a long time ago. He was born in Hawaii, and I am sure he has the extra documents to prove it.
But he needs some crazy-acting conservatives to make him look sane and smart. He went out and purposely created the birther movement to aid him politically. He is supposed to be our President and he has just sacrificed a good number of us, the birthers, just to bolster his political chances. Criminal behavior, IMHO.

So then Fukino is right, in your opinion, and Obama is a natural born citizen because she said so, and therefore these state laws that you are advising Freepers to spend their energy chasing down won’t have the desired effect that you have been alleging that they will have all along??? Well, you must have missed an awful lot of posts from me before then. I think I did cover all that. But, here it goes again...
The issue is divided into two parts... (1) the birth certificate issue, and (2) the natural born status.
Now, on the birth certificate issue, I've said all along that there is a loophole in the law in that no candidate is legally required to show his birth certificate, and they should (even though no one has ever been required to do it before, in many past elections).
So, a state law is needed which requires all candidates to show their birth certificate or else they cannot be placed on the ballot in that state. It's time to close up that loophole that has existed from the beginning.
On the second part, there's the natural born status issue. That's an issue that is argued on both sides of the legal equation. And it's not going to be settled because each side thinks it's right and will hold to it. Thus, it will take a Supreme Court decision to finally decide which one of the two arguing sides is right. They each think they are. But, I don't look to seeing that happen any time soon and that's one thing that no one can "force" the Supreme Court to do if they don't want to.
In regards to the State of Hawaii pronouncement... it's obvious that when they say that Obama was born in Hawaii, that there's no other place where you will get that kind of information verified, except with the State of Hawaii. If anyone knows that answer it's the State of Hawaii.
And for the natural born status, in regards to the State of Hawaii official statement... it's also obvious that they've come down on the issue with their lawyers on one side of the natural born status. And you're obviously on the other side of it.
For myself, I think that legally someone is natural born if they are born in the U.S. But, I'm more than willing to take whatever the Supreme Court decides, so I'll wait to see if they agree with me (and the State of Hawaii) or if they agree with you. And I'll go for whatever they decide. That's fine by me.
That should clear it up for you ...

If there is anyone here who doesn't understand why we cannot support a slick socialist politician like Mitt Romney, God help you, but you're on the wrong website. We went through this with the abortionist, gay rights activist, illegal alien supporting, gun grabbing Rudy Giuliani until someone created another website call WAnkers for Rudy and they all flew the coop. Hopefully, before too much FReeper blood is shed, someone will create a WAnkers for Romney site and we can be left to fight the good fight as we see fit!

That’s the problem, as I see it. They argue from an emotional starting point, and no matter how logical the response is, we’re caught in an apples and oranges situation. I’ve had them ask me to “disprove their suspicions.”
That's why I say that many of those in the Obama Derangement Syndrome had a "psychotic break" when Obama was elected. They simply "went off the deep end" and haven't come back yet, to reality... and their emotional responses are the only way they can cope with that reality right now.
And some actually go as far as to say that Obama "really" isn't the President right now...
[ I suppose that means we've been operating in this country for over a year without a President... LOL ...]
