That really p!sses me off. The poll workers should either shut their yaps or explain what “uncommitted” means. It’s not their job to steer ANY voter in ANY direction, just to explain and process the ballots.

Thanks! And you’re right about the Keating 5 starting it all off.

This is a pivotal moment in the race and the future of the United States.Anyone that doesn’t see this is an idiot or ignorant.

Oh, where to begin...hell, I can't begin now, I've got to get dinner on. I will ask you do this, though, until I return: Look up the word "hyperbole" in the dictionary.

Anyone who thinks that what happens in MI is going to decide the race needs to loosen the tinfoil.

As I recall, Hatch supported Ginsburg in a naive effort of avoiding future judicial fights for Supreme Court nominations. Of course, compromising with leftists always leaves leftists wanting more. Fewer than ten Senators voted against confirming Ginsburg. McCain voted for her confirmation, as I recall.

Rudman was the driving force for Souter. Sunnunu also played a role, as I recall.

Report from Lansing:

About 3 inches of snow in the morning...that ain't nuthin...barely enough to shovel. Virtually all of it cleared or melted away by 3 p.m.

Low turnout in my precinct. At about 4 p.m. I was one of two voters there. Keep in mind that Hillary is the only contender on the Democrat ballot.

I think this one will be close to the polls. Virtually a dead heat between McCain and Romney with Huckabee a respectable third.

4. Those like you bashing Romney help McCain become the nomi ne which means Amnesty which will destroy the U.S..

Nice.

So you think anyone who opposes phony scum Romney is furthering the destruction of the United States of America.

I'm not sure if that's a step up or a step down from "anyone who criticizes Romney is a bigot".

McCain is a two state candidate ( NH and MI) that can only win with lots of liberal crossover vote.

After MI he will crash and burn all on his own.

If McCrazy can knock Romney out in MI its a good thing and he served his purpose as Fred’s stalking horse.

Romney’s voters will go to Fred in SC and nobody can beat him after that.

Fred was playing Chess while the RINO’s played Checkers.

Rush reminded his audience today that if Huck & McCain are the nominees, people will sit home and we will lose the election and the party.

Unless all the polls are wrong, the Republicans won't lose the general election with McCain heading the ticket. Conservatives will have lost control of the party. If Huckabee or Romney is the nominee, the Republicans will lose the general election and conservatives will have lost control of the party. Fred Thompson is the only one who has a chance to win in the general election while keeping the conservatives in control of the party.

You know what — that really bothers me.

I served with any number of solidly, loyally, patriotic Mormons, so I know there’s no religious impediment to service. Mormons are not pacifists.

I served with troops from Michigan and those from Massachusetts. I know there’s no state impediment to service.

Believe it or not, I served with a few who came from the upper crust. There’s no economic impediment to service.

It bothers me that not one Romney has been in the military. Not one. Five sons and critical times for the nation, and not one saw fit to serve...not even in the National Guard.

I’m willing to be corrected if one of the 6 did serve.

I do want to see that RINO McCain beat that absolute scumbag phony Romney.

Well. Gotta disagree. I see the RHINO McCain winning a scumbag phony contest everytime.

...unfortunately McCain is wrong on the issues.

Kind of ironic, trying to pull Republican votes by promising federal aid.

I voted in Plymouth Township at 1:30 also. I think I was the only voter there. No one was working outside the polling place. The workers there said they were at a post lunch lull. I was Republican ballot #76 and the 111 ballot counted by the machine. Two inches of snow this morning, but I can’t see that being too much of an issue unless people need the extra time to get to work this morning instead of voting.
