A new Rasmussen poll has found that First Lady Michelle Obama would be the strongest challenger to Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton if she chose to run in 2016.
According to Rasmussen:
In a hypothetical matchup with Hillary Clinton, the putative Democratic presidential nominee in 2016, Obama earns 44% support from black voters to Clintons 36%.
Among Likely Democratic Voters, its Clinton 56%, Obama 22%. That appears to be a better showing against Clinton than Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, the only other announced Democratic presidential candidate, makes at this point.
Among all voters, Clinton earns 37% support to Obamas 17%. A sizable 40% prefer some other candidate.
The First Lady has consistently been one of the most popular political figures in the country since her husband was first elected president, so it isnt surprising that she polls so well. The First Lady would start the race with ten points more support than Elizabeth Warren. She would have three times more support than Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), and blow any other Democrat out of the water.
However, even Mrs. Obama would trail former Sec. of State Clinton by more than thirty points. Michelle Obama has shown no interest in running for office, but the poll does illustrate the strength of Hillary Clinton.
Clinton is the strongest candidate in either party. She is not unbeatable, but she solidly has the vast majority of Democrats behind her. No matter what gets thrown her way, Democrats are committed to her candidacy in large numbers.
Only 14% of likely voters wanted Michelle Obama to run for president. Democrats are satisfied with Clinton in what is increasingly looking like a Hillary year.
I really do live on the wrong planet.
Only on a summer’s eve.
We don’t play that game over here on this side, at least not yet. Our female candidates (Sarah Palin, Nikki Haley, Carly Fiorina, etc.) come up on their own, not due to their powerful husbands. See the difference?
Or the wrong section of this one?
What’s not to love? She’s got great upper arms and she likes to take long vacations at taxpayers’ expense.
She’s as qualified as any Democrap.
I'm pointing out how ridiculous the poll question is. There is no evidence whatsoever she's considering a run for any office, much less the presidency. In fact if I were Michelle Obama I'd never set foot in DC again once her husband is out of office.

Michelle Obama: The Candidate?
http://www.theroot.com/articles/politics/2015/04/should_michelle_obama_run_for_office.html
Watching someone else suggest it is a whole lot different that the person hinting it. But go ahead and fret about a possible Michelle candidacy if you really want to.
Michelle would lose votes from those who are in school now but would be of voting age in November 2016 and had to endure the Michelle Obama approved nutritional school lunches.
Of course, Michelle has even less experience than Barry had when he ran.
How am I fretting? In the Pentagon right now there are plans to fight the British should they invade militarily, and the Canadians and Mexicans. They are updated periodically. Are those things going to happen? Probably not.
This is farce at it’s best.We have witnessed the election of the first partially black president in the history of the United States and now,The Mike and Dyke Show!
Talk about someone even less qualified than Obozo.
We are so screwed.
PING! and DANG!
Clintons Strongest Challenger relative to muscle tone and size ???....
It would not be a hoot because democrats cheat at the polls.
Either one of these horrors will finish off this country.
This nation will not be saved at the polls.
We should put them in a celebrity boxing match, a la Paula Jones and Tonya Harding.
Yes, BUT . . .
Both of them are FAR LEFT LIEberals!
We doan’ need no steenken LIEberals! EVER!
OMG...... If Michelle Obama announced that she’s running for President, Hillary would crap down both legs.
I hate to say this, but, I’d rather have Hillary in the White House than that racist witch.
