In an awful world, as usual, on FR, it’s the Catholics who are the source of all troubles. We don’t like abortion, we don’t like euthanasia, we’re getting murdered all over Africa and the mid-east, but hey? We have wafers and statues. That’s all that matters.
I can assure you that your mocking and ridicule will not turn my Sister away from doing the family business. I’m her twin brother, and I carry a sword with me. Our family business is giving away oil for lamps. Everybody has a lamp. The oil has been paid for in full and is the most precious oil possible. And it can be your in a moment of repentance and acknowledgement to our Father whose business were are about. Once you get this oil it never runs out. No one can take it from you and you can’t even spill it out or use it up!

You might want to read THE ESSAY before making unfounded assertions. You might even find you are one of the pointed to exceptions to the rule. But unless you open spiritual eyes and look you will not know.
What you’re saying is NOT true.
We do not assume that Protestants are going to hell just because they are Protestants. Sadly, some of them here assume we are going to hell since we are Catholics and won’t even accord us the status of being Christians.
Christ did say “”Come out of her, my people, so that you will not participate in her sins and receive of her plagues;” (Revelation 18:4). That would indicate there are some but they had better get out or they will suffer.
Many of you aren’t. But God does the sorting, not you or me.

My assertion isn’t unfounded:
The author of this posted article said, “And their false doctrine really does lead most of the souls under the care of those defending and teaching and preaching and practicing that false doctrine to Hell.”
Two weeks ago, in a Catholic Church at a Bible study, the presenter said to me in a private session, anyone who isn’t in the Catholic church goes to hell. This man goes around the Catholic area giving instruction to members of these Catholic churches - he is welcomed by Catholic pastors.
Well, the friend from college who led me to Christ more than forty years ago died recently. He had fallen into Mormonism years ago. God let me know that my friend would be Raptured soon, to not fret over him. You see, no man, not even he, could take him from The Father’s hand. When born from above, the Holy Spirit seal is placed upon that one and it is irrevocable and unbreakable.

It really doesn’t prove the rule. The inconvenient fact is that most people get their brand of Christianity from their family, their culture, or by accident of birth. Most love Jesus and accept hat he died for them.
This includes most Catholics I know. I am not a Catholic and am actually a Baptist. But although I do not believe many Catholic doctrines, I fully accept that they are as likely to be saved or not, as are the members of any other Christian church.
And as an aside, this legalistic crap is anti-Christian, and only serves the enemy. That is my fatwa.

Instead of a hoped for surrender we get doubling down! I think the author of the piece made it clear that a totally onboard Catholic is in a WORSE state that the (thankfully, because they can still hear rebuke) lukewarm.
