I got the movie from Netflix, and later I found a book (which included most of the incidents in the movie) at the used book store. I gave the book to my pastor after I read it, with a little note saying it was amusing and historically interesting.
It was recommended by the late FReeper “nina0113,” my great reading FRiend.

Not that many could even read.. anyway...
And clergy murdered Jesus.. so he wasn’t big on clergy either..
Holy in english, in greek, in hebrew had different cultural meanings..
No language on this planet matches the hebrew sense of the word “Holy”..
However whats holy to “you” may not be holy in a hebrew sense..
Since the word can have many meanings.. totally remote from the original sense of the word..
Must be because Jesus came to specifically make literally every religion on this planet obsolete.. and DID..
A real God has no need for religion.. that I can see..
ONLY Pseudo-Gods or Demi-Gods have need of religion..
I don’t begrudge them their images whether mental or actual..
They need them badly.. otherwise they have nothing but dogma..
I think it’s necessary for all us Christians to wear a crucifix or some other symbol to show we are Christian and not afraid or ashamed to admit it. Of course our actions should also be Christian

Do you mean "need," or "use"? God has no need of anything from us; religion is strictly for our benefit. The Scriptures don't endorse your position. Christ said he would found an ekklesia (assembly); Paul said that worship should be conducted in good order. Sounds like religion -- systematic or formalized worship, usually involving a group -- to me.

I am no so sure we need symbols to show we are Christians, some people become the symbol and not the follower, however I do understand what you are saying.

the Masoretic came later.. A fact “wasted” on most so-called christians of any kind..

You might want to read Exodus 31:18 before you claim God didn’t write anything. And He inspired all of it. That is the second time you’ve made a major error regarding the Word of God in just a few posts. You do not appear to be very familiar with Sacred Scriptures.
