I thought one major issue Courts were supposed to consider is the lawfulness of a program! Also, how can a Court rule that states do not suffer financial harm when the cost of illegal aliens is so obvious?

I hope the majority of the voters are just as ticked off as I am over the Democrat's open borders. That is the main thing that is destroying our nation (which of course is the reason the left is so hell-bent on keeping the border open).

Oh Im sure the black American citizens in Illinois would easily and gladly prove that they “have legal standing in the lawsuit because they (can) demonstrate suffered financial harm from the federal program”

They can use "standing" to avoid actually having to think about it - similar to all of the country's "zero tolerance" rules/laws.

It's like the first decision block of a decision tree diagram.

Standing? ->Yes

No

If no, reject the matter regardless of law or common sense, and and hit the bar.

Reference 2020 election rulings.

There are not 30,000 asylum-seekers on the planet in a year

This is just about the worst case of a failed judiciary as we’ve seen in some time.
The States bear the costs, but the ‘judge’ determines that’s not harm to the States?
Bull Puckey!

This cuck is a Republican. Worse yet: On January 15, 2020, President Donald Trump announced his intent to nominate Tipton to serve as a United States district judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. On February 4, 2020, the nomination was sent to the Senate. Tipton was nominated to the seat vacated by Judge Sim Lake, who assumed senior status on July 5, 2019.

Another recommendation by RINOs no doubt.

Does a judge also have the power to allow 30,000 burglaries a month?

3,600,000 per year is the legal limit? This can easily be pushed to an even higher number by some other judge. Who is going to enforce that number?

“Judge allows Biden admin program that lets in 30,000 asylum-seekers a month”

Seems to me that is only 360,000 per year and up to now it’s been 2 million per year under Traitor Joe.

Does 30k mean the number they claimed entered, the actual number at check points or does that include the number they never documented?
