Nuts. Some of Trump’s nominees have not been the best and once they are confirmed, they are beyond reach.

Tipton was nominated by Trump… You can’t get rid of the deep state if you keep appointing and nominating deep staters.
That said, I read the Memorandum Opinion and Order and I can see why the Judge ruled the way he did.
