I thought one major issue Courts were supposed to consider is the lawfulness of a program!

They can use "standing" to avoid actually having to think about it - similar to all of the country's "zero tolerance" rules/laws.

It's like the first decision block of a decision tree diagram.

Bad trend. Maybe NYC and Chicago could sue. Maybe the hospitals and schools should sue.
