Always hated the phrase “buy back”. The government - local, state, or national - never owned my firearms, so they can never “buy back” from me. Nor would I ever sell to them. I do like the idea of printing the firearms and letting them buy those back!
That isn’t enough to upgrade to a better weapon.
Theoretically, I could report my gun as stolen, turn it in for cash & then the city will give it back to me?
