Wind drought?
I thought it was “wind calm”.

By using the term ‘drought’ they can blame it on climate change.

It doesn’t take a weatherman to say:
“The wind doesn’t always blow and the sun doesn’t always shine”
Thought the Germans were the “master race”

Anybody who’s ever sailed knows that summertime winds are much lighter than winter in the northern hemisphere.

The four angels holding back the four winds of the Earth in the Book of Revelation was supposed to be symbolic, but maybe it has a literal fulfillment as well?

By using the term ‘drought’ they can blame it on climate change. And then they can blame climate change on rich, white, heterosexual, capitalist men.
It's a simple game of liberal connect-the-dots.

Those poor Krauts can’t catch a break.
And this is Europe’s most advanced country?

Wait until the sun drought hits 🤪I lived in Germany for 4 years. At that time, Hahn AB had the lowest available flight time of any fighter wing in Europe, maybe the US.
Summer lasted about two weeks.

German owned energy companies like JUWI and EoN sure liked the US Wind subsidies that they harvested by building 500’ tall spinning Monuments to Gaia on prime farmland in IN an other states
Windsfields that they immediately sold to other entities

You know what? When it’s hot as Hades during Texas summers, there is no breeze, that’s what makes summer so brutal. We’re hitting our stretch of 100+ days, it’s going to be hot until the end of September.

Germany weaned themselves off nuclear, which was a bad idea.
Now they should wean themselves of wind and solar and return to nuclear, gas and oil.

That’s the first thing you notice when you go to away from the coast in the south during the summer. No wind. Just water vapor hanging in the air. Blistering hot, even at midnight.
However building windmills makes people feel good about themselves, so the government must spend money.
