Armed Taliban fighters surround Kabul airport and take control of ALL access points leaving US and UK troops to negotiate who gets in - as desperate ex-Marine commando blasts British Army after his wife go missing in the scrum

The scramble to airlift tens of thousands of foreign nationals and Afghan allies from Kabul entered a frantic new stage today - with military chiefs admitting they can only continue as long as the Taliban allows it.

As desperate British and US citizens, and allies who helped Western forces during the two-decade intervention, try to flee reprisals, armed guards from the Islamist regime have surrounded the capital's airport and seized control of all access points.

Underlining the abject humiliation of the West, the Taliban's political chief Mullah Baradar arrived in Kandahar province on Tuesday after 20 years of exile as the group held its first press conference, confirming their grip on power and insisting it would respect women's rights under Islamic law.

Although the atmosphere is less chaotic inside the perimeter than the extraordinary scenes yesterday - when several people plummeted to their deaths after clinging to departing planes and another was crushed to death in landing gear - witnesses on the ground revealed that there is still carnage outside.

Streams of people, some clutching immigration documents, have been queuing under the guns of armed Taliban as Apache helicopters buzzed through the air. Former Royal Marine commando Paul 'Pen' Farthing, who runs an animal sanctuary in Kabul, warned that they were being told to come to the airport but left at the mercy of crowds and Taliban forces who have it under siege.

The clearly distraught veteran, who said he had been separated from his wife, said British military needed to go outside the perimeter and 'rescue some of the people they have been sent to get'. 'People are going to die,' he insisted. (story continues at link)

Contractors who work in war zones usually earn far more money than they would in the US doing the same job.

The Taliban wants us out as much as we do. But, eventually, Biden will have to pay the Taliban to open the ring surrounding the airport and let our people into the airport. This is a version of loser pays when it comes to losing a war and screwing up the exit. You pay through the nose (cash on pallets) to get out as well as lose face globally for not planning the contingencies of an exit.

“...What options does Biden have now other than groveling, paying ransom or looking 100x worse than Jimmy Carter....”

Their rabid, blind hatred of all things Trump led them into this trap.
They didn’t think beyond anything but Trump
We are no witnessing the result that will likely cost many American lives.
They made their bed and are now handcuffed to it with no way out.
Libs always think of themselves as smarter and better than anyone else, especially the unwashed masses, when the reality is that they’re dumber than a box of rocks.
The most illiterate Taliban commander is smarter than anyone in the By-Done administration including the entire Joint Chiefs, especially the woke joke Milley
IF it weren’t for the seriousness of the lives involved, it would be comical.

“...Whomever gave up Bagram must be outed and punished....”

^THIS^
That base would have allowed a safe, orderly evacuation.
It’s almost as it this whole fiasco was done deliberately on purpose.
Look no further than that “woke joke” Milley.
When a fish stinks, the head stinks first.
He’s a total disgrace t the nation, the uniform and the men forced to serve under him, but even more than that; he’s a utter disgrace to himself.
He should resign immediately. Better yet, arrested and tried for sedition/treason.

Globalist LGBTQ Antifa Millie, and the communist deep state Kremlin/Beijing Clinton-Obama loyal black-hats are just getting started.

They can accomplish anything now, as their anti-American, anti-moral global marxist government architecture and treason, is impenetrable.

It is impenetrable due to their ability to control or dictate information and US elections, and their new found ability to control the human immune system (their new power to eradicate human “killer T cells” (CD8 Cells) through fake mNRA “vaccines”, which gives the global marxist power to ultimately wipeout any America and liberty loving people.

Man, talk about social scoring!

And their evil is masked by their legitimately 25-A eligible and fraudulent Buyden sock puppet fake POTUS.

History repeats itself. The Afghan tribal leaders “negotiated” safe passage for the British army through the Khyber pass during their withdrawal in 1848. The Afghans systematically picked them off while telling them they were safe.

When I heared that KAF and Bagram were abandoned before all Westerners were out of the country I knew the rest of the show was going to end quickly and badly. They should have been the very last bases to close. It doesn’t take a brain surgeon to realize that.

Kabul is a commercial airport in the middle of the city surrounded by the enemy. The Taliban controls it.

Bahgram was a military air base. We abandoned it before the evacuation began. That was insanity. I guess they thought the Taliban would be nice and let us evacuate our people without incident. Not even Jimmy Carter was this stupid. Whoever ordered the abandonment of Bahgram has the blood of at least 80,000 people on their hands.

Our government is run by morons. They believe men can get pregnant, so who is surprised?

“I have a genuine concern that something’s going to happen before all boots on the ground are evacuated. The Taliban is emboldened and have the Russian and Chinese to back them.”

I’ve been saying that for three days. Our troops are operating at the mercy of the Taliban. The Taliban could shut this down in 20 minutes if they chose to. Our troops are in mortal danger. I’m sure they could put up a good fight but they are outnumbered and surrounded. Reinforcements and supplies could easily be barred from landing.

Sure was an interesting story wasn’t it?

How long do you think the press is going to be able to fly cover for plugs?

How long do you think the taliban will be able to hold their “promise” to be good?

Do you think the Russians want to go back? They have never had good luck with any muzzies.

It is a tossup as to who is best at lies and deception; the muzzies or the chinese.

What do you think the diversion will be to draw attention away from Afghanistan?

When the Taliban came in to take over the abandoned Bagram Airbase, they released 5000 prisoners who were housed there. Nothing could’ve been stupider than abandoning that airbase before getting every person we wanted out of Afghanistan.

The Taliban saw how much bribe money the Ukrainians got for doing nothing. They’re not going to start shooting Americans.

You weren’t really wrong. Whether it was Trump or Biden in charge, on Sept 11, 2021 the Taliban would have been running things in Kabul. Trump just had a much better exit strategy (obviously).

This is about ethos, not nationalism. Islam is not compatible with the west.

Is there a figure or estimate of how much the equipment we left there for the Taliban is worth? How about the costs for the buildings we paid for to construct?

You think Biden will be alive in 8 years? I actually didn’t think Hillary would still be roaming the earth after her severe health decline back in 2016.
