The President needs to start running TV ads.

Trump friendly PACS need to create ads showing the many pictures of Biden groping and ogling under age girls, and fondling and sniffing women.

Run ads with Biden stumbling and mumbling and calling the young democrat woman a “lying dog-faced pony soldier.”

Trump is the President, not a one man campaign. A yard sign gets stolen... no biggie. Getting mugged in a parking lot or getting my vehicle keyed... sorry. No can do.

However, there can be some confidence generated if somebody... somewhere... paid for their crimes.

As a long time Trump supporter, I don't think there is enough push back. How do you think the more wishy-washy feel. Maybe Trump is doing all he can... if so, that is how too many folks are reading it and beginning to panic. I only follow Rasmussen... it is showing up there, right now.

"Trump’s about to defeat himself if he can’t get it together. "

Do you know even a single person who voted for Trump who will voter for Biden this year? Do you know a single person who voted for Trump who will stay home? Can you even describe what such a voter would look like? What problem does such a voter see with Trump that would be improved by voting for Biden?

Paul Gigot is one of the few shows I’ll watch on the weekends.

The solar system is called Fox News, and their show on it is essentially an intellectual defense of Trumpism.

Now I question your sanity.   I stopped watching Fox News Channel and Fox Business Channel the day after the Me-again Kelly ambush on Donald Trump in the first Presidential Debate on Aug. 6, 2015.   Fox News had been making commercials suggestion something was about to happen for several days before the event.   She could not have gotten away with the attack on Donald Trump unless upper management had signed off on it.

Stop watching Fox News and get back your sanity.   Stop watching that hate filled network.

Try OANN and Newsmax TV.

"As a long time Trump supporter, I don't think there is enough push back."

I'll agree with that. Supposedly the DOJ has 500 rioters being charged. Out of that number, there should be a dozen or so who could be offered plea deals that still include significant jail time. Publicizing such deals would go a long way toward discouraging copy cats.

The antifa professor who used a bike lock on a chain to smash a guy's head got probation. He deserved at least a couple of years in prison. What kind of deterrence is probation for such a premeditated violent crime? If this guy had gotten ten years in prison that would have sent a message.

It might help, but prime time tv audience is down to ~28 million people, so only about 8% of America is watching. Meanwhile, Facebook has 189 daily active users in Canada and the US, so assume about 50% of Americans daily interact with Facebook. You can see the stranglehold tech has on communication with the public. Gives a lot of power to the president to tweet, but a scary amount of control in the hands of a few leftists in silicon valley. If Facebook and Twitter won’t run those ads, people won’t see them.

If Trump lights them up now like I think he's going to, the Media will have enough time to regroup and defuse his message.

Trump can't fire until he sees the whites of their eyes before the election.

Exactly. Trump and a few folks in Congress have echoed this. Add this to the message about re-engaging the economy and I think you have an easily remembered meme to rally behind.

Amen. Broken laws must be enforced and examples made of law-breakers.

Well, if the WSJ is correct, we need to be move to another option: decide the election with the ammunition box.

We have to remember that Open Sedition and a Public Coup against Trump were A-OK for the last four years.

If you are in the business of polling wouldn’t you think accuracy would be a priority? Ostensibly accurate polling is the product/service you are selling.

If you are selling invisible clothing to the Emperor, do you tell the truth?   These poll jokers are selling propaganda, so they make it fit any lie the MSM wants to pay them for.   I thought you would be smart enough to understand that without it being explained.

This is a deliberate strategy in league with the Hoax Polls to get Trump OFF message, not to “improve” his message.

Yeah, I just noticed the sudden "sprouting" of all these articles saying that Trump is losing because of his "attitude".

I've been going "WTF?" every time I see one of them.

It's The Usual Suspects.

Another issue with polls is that in 2016 the polls were way off as Republicans either didn’t answer the polls or lied to the pollsters so they wouldn’t be deemed “racist, sexist, anti Islam, homophobic”, ect. It is much more prominent today due to the threat of being “doxxed”, losing your job and business, threats to personal safety and the safety of your family, and governmental interference at the state and county level for expressing support for Trump and conservatism.

The national-level polls were actually pretty close in 2016 (Hillary did win the popular vote by 3%; the final polls had her up 4%.) It was the state-level polls which were off. Polling in 2018 was more accurate.

Ignore the obviously partisan commentary. Focus on the findings of the 2016 poll deficiencies and how the pollsters plan to remedy it:

Thanks for the question. In 2016, education, which turned out to be a stronger predictor of voting preference than income or age, was not considered. That caused the 2016 polls to be off because they under counted people without college education, who voted for Trump overwhelmingly. Now, education is explicitly considered and weighted accordingly.

The latest Reuters/ipsos poll had 4400 registered voters, 46% demonRAT, 36% pubbie and 18% indies.

With those ratios education makes zero difference.

They are slanted and the same people that did 2016 are doing the same things in 2020.

Machs nichts.
