(CNN) Tuesday night's CNN/The New York Times debate stage will feature a record 12 candidates. It could be the last debate appearance for up to 33% of them.
Former Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julián Castro, Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar and former Texas Rep. Beto O'Rourke are all in deep danger of not making November's debate.
That means Tuesday may be the last chance fo those four to give their campaigns a realistic chance to have a measure of success.
Fundraising and polling qualification thresholds have been bumped up once again for November's debate. Jumping those hurdles could be difficult for these four candidates in November.
The Democratic National Committee is requiring candidates to garner at least 5% in at least two DNC-sanctioned early voting state (Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada and South Carolina) primary polls or 3% in at least four DNC-sanctioned national or early state primary polls. Candidates can use polls released between September 13 and November 13 to make the cut.

I want to see her go after Beto just because I hate him.
And Warren since she’s in the lead right now and gropin joe is essentially done.
So Heels-Up Harris is still in it?
Tulsi’s first line of the night to Joe: “Where is Hunter”?! That would frost his azz!
Yawn!!
This is the first debate since the impeachment circus shifted into high gear, with the whole Ukraine thing.
Previous debates haven’t discussed impeachment at all, as far as I recall.
Impeachment could crowd out other issues at this debate.
Heres a tip: Try to be gayer than the other candidates. Maybe suggest Christians be thrown to hungry lions in an arena.
I live across the street from where the debate will be held. I’m still trying to figure out how they picked Westerville, a little sleepy town with a tiny liberal arts college. Streets are in no way designed for a national event like this. I assume Kasich had something to do with this since this is his hometown.
Anyways....should I hoist my MAGA Trump 2020 flag?
Thanks Libloather. OH yeah, the suspense is killin' us. The process isn't fixed at all. The problem with their kabuki theater is trying to hold anyone's attention (which is what the never-ending witch hunts have also been about) long before any of the caucuses or primaries have taken place. Only three candidates are viable right now, and all of them are old and white -- doesn't fit the concern trolling narrative of the DNC and its media accomplices.
The winner is the one who can show they hate America the most.
I would like to say good riddance but that applies to the entire lot. At this point the more the better as it demonstrates the craziness of the entire party.
It looks like Beto is the leader there.
Commie Freak Show.
My gut says so....and the fact that Sonny Boy didn't step down from his "China" position until the President mentioned China. It's called...."Gotcha".
My gut says that it won’t even be brought up.
I’m telling you if Tulsi doesn’t make it I’m still going to contribute to her campaign...
Hey! Didnt you say your of Italian heritage? Happy Columbus Day. Bankers were off today and the rest of us worked. At least he had the sense and courage to sail here, no small feat in his day. Rush even told his story today. The Dems are a joke Im am watching baseball. :)

Baseball? Is it the series?
Folks sometimes say things i posts that bring back memories.

He was born in 1920 and was a YUGE Met fan.
Before I stopped liking it we had MANY great times watching.
Thanks for bringing those memories back..even if inadvertently.
