Deep State Continued Breaking FISA Laws After Comey Firing
thegreggjarrett.com ^ | 10/11/2019 | Greg jarrett

Laws and regulations need to be rewritten so that these unelected officials cannot abuse power and use the FISA courts to spy on the American people.

Even after James Comey, one of the leaders of the deep state, was fired it appears that the deep state continued to “fail to comply” with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISC). The documents show that the FBI violated Section 702 of the FISC by failing to properly limit the gathering of information on US citizens, or people located within the United States.

My new book, Witch Hunt: The Story of the Greatest Mass Delusion in American Political History, shows how the deep state abused the powers the American people allow them to have by breaking the law and lied to courts in the FISA system in order to spy on American citizens associated with Trump.

“It is a crime to lie to a judge. Depending on the case and circumstances, it could constitute numerous felonies, including perjury, false and misleading statements, obstruction of justice, fraud, conspiracy to defraud, deprivation of rights under color of law, electronic surveillance under color of law, and contempt of court… Four judges signed off on four successive warrants approving the surveillance. But under the law, if the government deceived those judges, it means that lawful warrants were obtained by unlawful means. To put it simply, the judges committed no crimes, but any person who lied to them did. The evidence is compelling that this is what happened.”

the important thing about breaking laws after comey was fired is these “new crimes” would not be covered under the blanket pardons hussein barack bin soetoro was passing out to all his partners in crime right up to trump’s inauguration.

iow, IF TRUE, they can be prosecuted for these

They were spying on every person running for election in 2016. They meaning the deep state. Compromised dirty politicians will do exactly as they are told. You know like staying in Syria, and keeping the pay to play schemes that have served to kill our citizens while fattening political fortunes.

What if the judges were complicit in the deceit? I’m so tired of hearing about these poor innocent FISA judges being lied to. These unelected black-robed hacks with the power to allow spying on US citizens are either 1) totally lazy, careless and unappreciative of the power they wield 2) deliberately playing “hear no evil see no evil speak no evil” with a wink and a nod or 3) completely complicit in this travesty of justice.

Take your pick but none of the choices suggest innocence.

The NSA is still sucking up all electronic communications.

Did you really think they would turn it off?

I don’t know if there has been any actual evidence about blanket pardons; and considering how 0bola was directly involved in the crimes, I think a legal case could be made against any validity if he did issue any. Are you aware of evidence about pardons?

Exactly why secret courts are a bad idea. We needed them because our justice department refused to do its job in prosecuting leaks from the congressional and Senate intelligence committees after 9/11. Top secret briefings were the next days featured news story. So make secret courts to fix thst....!

It’s ok to commit these crimes because we will pardon you is not a predicate that gets anyone in that chain off the hook. It’s conspiracy to obstruct justice and to commit said crimes.

**************

Yep, deceived, lied to, and abused. Most people with an ounce of integrity would be angry as hell about this and determined to punish those responsible for it.

So its hard to reach any other conclusion than they condoned, if not abetted, the illegal surveillance they are entrusted with preventing.

Moreover, not a single justice on the U.S. Supreme Court seems upset either. So much for the farce of “equal justice under the law”.

Barr is now the only thing that stands between us and tyranny. And that’s a very depressing thought.

They don’t pick judges for the FISA court who aren’t willing to rubber stamp.

The whole thing is a sham of a travesty of a sham.

I’ve seen opinions on these boards that he gave banket pardons for everything, but can’t put my finger on that now.

I have also see it reported that eventhough he might have issued everyone blanket pardons, that they could still be liable for R.I.C.O. charges for things done before trumps inauguration.

regardless, if Fibbers & DOJ continued to commit fraud after comey was fired, I don’t see how an O pardon could save their bacon???

These are the same garbage liberal judges that have forced all manner of degeneracy upon America.
Literally EVERYTHING destroying the moral fiber of the citizenry has come from the fetid black robes.
Everyone should be angry.

At the risk of a different opinion, it may be possible the judges on the FISA court are waiting for the release of the IG’s report.

The Court, in and of itself, doesn’t have the ability to conduct investigations and since the DOJ is already looking into FISA abuse, it would be easier to take the report, call in those who the report states committed perjury in the affidavit and then have the contempt hearing.

Unless the court has independent verification of FISA abuse, how can the judges act?

I’ve seen opinions about pardons 0bola may have issued but not any evidence; remains to be seen. But I never heard of pardons issued for future crimes!
