It’s ok to commit these crimes because we will pardon you is not a predicate that gets anyone in that chain off the hook. It’s conspiracy to obstruct justice and to commit said crimes.

I’ve seen opinions on these boards that he gave banket pardons for everything, but can’t put my finger on that now.
I have also see it reported that eventhough he might have issued everyone blanket pardons, that they could still be liable for R.I.C.O. charges for things done before trumps inauguration.
