I’ve seen opinions on these boards that he gave banket pardons for everything, but can’t put my finger on that now.
I have also see it reported that eventhough he might have issued everyone blanket pardons, that they could still be liable for R.I.C.O. charges for things done before trumps inauguration.
regardless, if Fibbers & DOJ continued to commit fraud after comey was fired, I don’t see how an O pardon could save their bacon???
