Curiously the judges don’t seem upset with this.

**************

Yep, deceived, lied to, and abused. Most people with an ounce of integrity would be angry as hell about this and determined to punish those responsible for it.

So its hard to reach any other conclusion than they condoned, if not abetted, the illegal surveillance they are entrusted with preventing.

Moreover, not a single justice on the U.S. Supreme Court seems upset either. So much for the farce of “equal justice under the law”.

Barr is now the only thing that stands between us and tyranny. And that’s a very depressing thought.

At the risk of a different opinion, it may be possible the judges on the FISA court are waiting for the release of the IG’s report.

The Court, in and of itself, doesn’t have the ability to conduct investigations and since the DOJ is already looking into FISA abuse, it would be easier to take the report, call in those who the report states committed perjury in the affidavit and then have the contempt hearing.

Unless the court has independent verification of FISA abuse, how can the judges act?

Yes, the thought that Barr is in control of Justice is indeed depressing.
