SCHILLING: New Legislation Would End Women’s Bathrooms, Changing Rooms

Donald Trump Jr. is exactly right: when female athletes train their whole lives to be the best at their sport, only to be denied their rightfully earned victory — as well as opportunities for scholarship money — by men who enjoy the performance-enhancing advantages of XY chromosomes, it is indeed a “grave injustice.”

But this week, Democrats have introduced legislation to normalize such injustice on a national level through an Orwellian twist of language, calling their bill the “Equality” Act. This bill would make sweeping changes to civil rights laws, replacing our cherished values of freedom and liberty with intimidation and authoritarianism.

Last month, a Connecticut high school girl lost her opportunity to compete in front of college coaches when two biological males predictably finished in the top two spots at the girls’ indoor state track championships, thanks to the Connecticut athletic conference’s policy allowing transgender students to compete according to whatever sex they identify as, rather than as their biological sex.

This wasn’t an isolated incident, either. A male collegiate runner who competed on the men’s team before switching to the women’s team in 2018 is now setting records as one of the top-ranked NCAA women’s sprinters. Two women were recently edged out of the top spot at the women’s cycling world championships by a biological male. A female MMA fighter had her skull crushed by a transgender male competitor. The list of abuses goes on. And don’t you dare speak out against it — former tennis star and lesbian rights advocate Martina Navratilova was recently labeled “transphobic” for saying it is unfair for men to compete against women.

These morons, called libs, learn by trial and error. They have learned since the Clinton administration that one way to achieve their main goal of power to stay in office any way they can is by trying to destroy their enemy by legal grounds they invent. Even when Clinton was found guilty of lying under oath, I believe that is the real definition of perjury, they figured out a way to redefine it and did not vote to remove him. Of course, his bar in Arkansas disbarred him, but the senate would not remove him. These attempts to belittle the president have been lib SOP since Bill got caught with his hand in the cookie jar because they thought it would accomplish their needs. It didn’t. So they went back to the old standby with Obama.....they lied.

But, they are resilient, and are back to using Saul Alinsky’s rules:

Feminists sought to stop rape. But they’ve ended up with more rape and active coverups by police and social workers because the social justice says it is more important to make Islam look good than STOP MEN RAPING LITTLE GIRLS.

So you get police classifying 13 year old gang rape victims as prostitutes, telling social workers to classify a raped 12 year old as having had sex with a boyfriend or get sent to diversity training repeatedly, and punishing parents who tried to file rape charges.

They didn’t intend to do have this happen. By using “feelings” as the basis of morality, they can even ignore horrible outcomes and cruel abuse of victims because that higher mantle of “love” and “kindness” tied to social justice lets you ignore everything else.

This is the oppression social justice enables the way Islam says spreading and strengthening the ideology is the highest good, so raping unbelievers and killing a few infidels in a way to terrorize the rest is a moral good.

And when transgender meets rapist, they will punish a lesbian for calling a biological male with a penis and female identity a man. That it is more important to use his preferred pronouns than denounce a man who raped two women while in the women’s prison.

Thus, like Islam trumping female rape victims, transgender trumps female rape victims.

Question is - does transgender trump Islam? That I haven’t seen answered yet beyond, “Oh, isn’t it wonderful Iran pays for transgender surgery?”
