SCHILLING: New Legislation Would End Women’s Bathrooms, Changing Rooms — In The Name Of Equality

Donald Trump Jr. is exactly right: when female athletes train their whole lives to be the best at their sport, only to be denied their rightfully earned victory — as well as opportunities for scholarship money — by men who enjoy the performance-enhancing advantages of XY chromosomes, it is indeed a “grave injustice.”

But this week, Democrats have introduced legislation to normalize such injustice on a national level through an Orwellian twist of language, calling their bill the “Equality” Act. This bill would make sweeping changes to civil rights laws, replacing our cherished values of freedom and liberty with intimidation and authoritarianism.

Last month, a Connecticut high school girl lost her opportunity to compete in front of college coaches when two biological males predictably finished in the top two spots at the girls’ indoor state track championships, thanks to the Connecticut athletic conference’s policy allowing transgender students to compete according to whatever sex they identify as, rather than as their biological sex.

This wasn’t an isolated incident, either. A male collegiate runner who competed on the men’s team before switching to the women’s team in 2018 is now setting records as one of the top-ranked NCAA women’s sprinters. Two women were recently edged out of the top spot at the women’s cycling world championships by a biological male. A female MMA fighter had her skull crushed by a transgender male competitor. The list of abuses goes on. And don’t you dare speak out against it — former tennis star and lesbian rights advocate Martina Navratilova was recently labeled “transphobic” for saying it is unfair for men to compete against women.

And with the arrival of Spring, tell me, what are the chances that this will become law? A snowballs chance in Hell! Every day we are treated to something new from the RATs posing as important legislation. And it is sold to us with some inane idea that is has a prospect of actually passing both Houses and getting a Presidential Signature, none of which is remotely possible. The sky isn’t falling, it’s just the RATS pi$$ing into the wind as they are prone to do.

Its just as a grave injustice when girls are allowed to compete with boys and then people get sued because the girls get hurt, or because boys forfeit because they wont wrestle or compete against the girl.

So women are marginalized in the name of equality. All of the gains made in the last 50 years to open opportunities for women, gone. All a man has to do is say he “identifies” as female, and suddenly, the women are displaced. Right now, the men “identifying” as women are the marginal athletes, who cannot compete against the best male athletes and so seek the advantage by competing against women. Eventually, the better male athletes will also start entering nominally women’s sports. At that point, there will only be cis and trans dressing teams, and women’s sports will no longer exist.

Oh, there are plenty of areas where girls can compete with boys. Spelling bees, chili cook-offs, etc. It's just that sports is an area where girls cannot compete with boys no matter how politically correct they are.

It is important........to them and their agenda. This transgender thing, racial thing, mistreatment of immigrants thing, the American Tribe Indian things, the diversity things, climate change, abortion, internet control, everything they bring up they don’t care if it passes at all. It’s there to display that they care about you and fight for you from those bad old conservatives when in reality they don’t think they’ll get it at all. It’s for votes!!! And the things they sweep under the rug, or try to, are just as numerous and just as damaging to them: oil production, single payer healthcare, $15 minimum wage, abolishing ICE, tax cuts, debt free college, an overpriced infrastructure plan, defense cuts, failed green projects...hear about these much anymore? You won’t, they never thought they would hold water. But didn’t they sound good going down? Progressive thinking leads to lower IQ’s.

It is a FACT that genetically, those born as MEN have different bone density and muscle tissue than women that can be an advantage in competitive sports.

I am starting to believe that this kind of thing is not just the idiocracy but is much more sinister. Acquiring the power to compel people to extraordinarily absurd boundaries and beyond may be exercises in conformity to train a populace into blind and unreasoning obedience. The idea goes along the line of “if we can shove this down their throats, what’s the limit of what can be imposed on them?” I wonder if we’re being groomed for an Orwellian society of a bureaucratically contrived reality?
