So now that the USSC is back in session, when do we get a verification of life regarding RBG? Still no pics or video.
She authored the majority decision that came down yesterday. She’s back at work or else Roberts, et al. are all in on the conspiracy. And I for one say more power to her. She’s going to keep that job as long as she wishes, despite those on the left (under Obama) and now some on the right (under Trump) desiring her to quit or, I suppose, drop dead.

Her clerks are doing all the work. I doubt she had very much to do with writing the majority opinion except provide general guidance and some editing. The Dems want her to stay on the job as long as possible and resign only when there is a Dem in the WH.
RBG is a partisan hack who disregards the Constitution and legislates from the bench. The Dems never miss when it comes to nominating justices. They never stray from liberal orthodoxy. RBG is clearly not well, but she intends to hang on to prevent Trump from nominating her replacement. RBG is just a figurehead and place holder.
TMZ had video a few days ago. They don’t take pics or video in court. Media allows her to hide for the most part.
If this were a conservative Justice in poor health, they would have satellite trucks parked outside his home.

Good grief. There's three possibilities here: A.) RBG is dead and the conservative justices are in on the conspiracy. B.) RBG is dead and liberals have found a body double so convincing that the conservative justices on the bench aren't even aware of the ruse or C.) RBG is alive and has recovered enough to return to work.

There is no such enforceable rule
Just because McConnell used that against Obama do you really think he'd use the Biden rule against Trump?
That rule has only been followed during election years when the president and senate majority are opposite parties.
I'll be curious if McConnell implements it in 2020. He doesn't have to.
Skepticism of EVERYTHING coming out of the media is the intelligent approach.
